I had the ginger beef, chicken balls, chicken fried rice and an egg roll and I thought it was good. The ginger beef had great flavour and I also loved the chicken fried rice (something I don't usually care for). The chicken balls and egg roll had a little too much batter for my liking, but neither were bad. Will order again!
Thumbs up for Park Street Gardens. Agreed the restaurant is dingy. but for pick up and delivery no problem - food is always great, veggies crisp and fresh - fried rice the best in town by far......have been ordering from there once or twice a month for 5 years now and never have had a poor meal or poor service......give it a try - won't be disappointed
We ordered from Park Street Garden on Mother's Day when everywhere in the city was super busy. We still had our food ready for pick-up in less than half an hour. Like another reviewer mentioned, it isn't the greatest looking place, but you are only there long enough to pick up your food. The food itself was fantastic, hot and fresh. My pet-peeve with some Asian restaurants is chicken that tastes like it has been reheated a few times. Not here. And yes, the spring rolls are delish. The price was very reasonable, too. My only regret is living in the area for almost four years and not ordering from here before!
The place looks gross inside, but if you can look pass that you will have a tasty meal with a low price tag. Give it a try and you will be impressed.
I completely agree with MIke here. Consistently amazing and definitely has the best spring rolls in the city. I have always ordered from here for at least ten years and will continue to do so, it's my go to Chinese restaurant. The pricing is also reasonable so it's hard not to go back!! LOVE this place!
Excellent. Very good spring rolls and their spicy dishes are a cut above...the restaurant is take out only and the place itself looks very dingy....but the price is reasonable ....I eat from there often and have never had a bad meal
Park Street Garden has friendly professional staff and good food. However, when I compare the restaurant to similar restaurants in the area, I find that I am unable to give a rating above 4 stars. My reasoning is as follows:
1. Flavor
2. No dine in option
3. Outdated menu
Even though these factors are important for me personally, regular customers who order regularly have found this place to be perfect for their needs as reflected in the other reviews.
First time ordering and we had a great experience! The menu is easy to navigate online. Portions were great - all the food was super tasty! I requested some extra fortune cookies and they were happy to oblige! We ordered on a Sunday evening and it seemed a little quiet so if you need a ncie takeout meal look no further! 12/10 this is our new go to on the east side
We used to order from them years ago and we thought the food was okay and that was our opinion back then. So we decided to try them again and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, quick and delicious. As well Park Street is decently priced, compared to others. We spent less here then other chinese restaurants. The also have awesome customer service. We will come back again thats for sure.
Wonderful food, 100% worthy of the price and very friendly staff! Going in my favourites for sure. Close to home and can call in and walk there to pick it up quickly. Vietnamese spring rolls are sooo good, highly recommend!!

Just got back from Halifax where we ordered from an Asian takeout restaurant. $ 120. order and the amount of fried rice included was only about 400ml.
We missed our Park St. Garden here at home!!
