Fresh & Sweet has a lovely breakfast/Lunch menu with lots of variety without overwhelming you with too many choices. It’s also a great place to go with kids, including toddlers. Our 7 month old had his first public “high chair” experience here. The staff is super warm and helpful. We’ll definitely be visiting here again.

Amazing place. You have to eat here... the I Won't Need Lunch with the White chocolate Banana Bread French toast was the way to go. The Kids drinks were amazing the barista was out of this world.

We were in Regina for a wedding for 3 days, and we ate there on the 1st day, and loved it so much we went back on the 3rd day! Amazing food and the staff was so nice! I very much recommend! I wish we had one in Lethbridge :(
