Can I get a Woot! Woot! for the win!?! Yes indeed. Our experience tonight at Avenue firmly cemented, that it is not only, our favourite new restaurant but also Regina’s best. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home and also as the ultimate guest who deserves to be looked after. The decor and ambiance start that feeling. And then comes the show. The service was incredible. Suggestions on drink orders after asking what we liked, discussions on personal and fan favourite for food or even the personal touch that seemed to come with each moment at the table made our experience unique, fun and just what was needed. Are there server awards? There must be and so we nominate all of Avenue staff for the top place. Our server was by far the best we have ever experienced anywhere across North America and he made the atmosphere and food that much better. The food is so good it’s actually stupid. Starting with beef tartare( also the best we have ever had), shrimp, burger and to the closer of the creme caramel, the presentation, smells and profound flavours have no comparison to anything else. There is much much more I could say about our time there but better for you to experience the wonder that is Avenue yourself. Don’t walk, don’t run, just get there now.

When we dined here we had the Popcorn prawns (my absolute favorite & the best I’ve ever had anywhere!) the pork belly appy (SO good!) the rib eye steak (never had it prepared like that before but we LOVED it) the perogie dish (So Frickin delicious!) the Madeline’s & raspberry soufflé for dessert (drooling thinking about them!) Everything was Superb - food, service, you name it!! I totally recommend it and I know we’ll be visiting there as often as we can �
