I've been going to the Canadian Brewhouse house since May and there staff is amazing I go there pretty much every Wednesday for there wings. There boneless wings are the best and it's just a cool place to go and watch sports and enjoy the free WiFi and the awesome food they have. It's definitely Canadian and it's definitely a place I'll be going for wings. The ladies are always pretty and just amazing place.
Food was good. Service was good. But the waitress randomly coming and telling us her life story and about her desire for a messy basement to be dealt with. Was a bit much. Food. 5 Star. Service. 5 star. That server. Job opening necessary
We seriously had the best time ever and we had the most wonderful experience with our waitress!! She was SO DARN nice and sweet and came to check on our table regularly. I cannot express how much I appreciate the wonderful and personalized service we got from Allison. She was the BEST server ever and I personally think she should get an instant raise and promotion. ALSO she personally connected with us all and was a genuinely kind and caring person!
Customer service was excellent! Drinks were quick, and the server came back with the right timing to check how everything was going. I got the classic chicken tenders with PLUM sauce. Rare to see that nowadays. And my friend got the steak sandwich that was perfect cooked medium rare to their preference.
Just had the best experience I've ever had at a Brewhouse (Often very fond of the service) but Taylor was one of the best servers I've ever had.
Incredibly attentive, none of us are drinkers and she stayed on top of our non alcoholic refills which is often a rarity. Even sent us home with 4 Litres of Bar Lime because one of our party hadn't had it before and lost his mind over it. Day made.
Will be stopping here every trip through Red Deer from now on. 10/10
Me and my girlfriends came for supper and a few drinks, and we had an amazing server named Tyne. She was fast, sweet and super accommodating to all of our needs! She served my friends exactly the drinks they wanted super fast. Always kept our table clear and checking in frequently! Recommend her to anyone that comes to red deer Canadian Brewhouse! Would rate her more then 5 stars if I could.
I brought my 2 boys in for Father’s Day. A great atmosphere for them and our waitress Emma was nothing short of awesome. Apologetic for a dirty table(our choice because that’s where we sat). Left it up to her to order my supper. Great choice on the chicken clubhouse. Older boy who’s 13 also commented on the great service. Would definitely come back again. Thanks Emma!!!!!!!!
It's a good place. Always have great drinks and good food. I worked at a Brewhouse in Calgary and gotta say the Red Deer one is way better, the servers are way more friendly. Have had some not so good food and service but everyone has bad days.
Not sure what happened, we both had the burger beer special $17.99 x2 bill came it was $51+. Used $25 gift card charged 26+ before tip. Made no sense but we didn't have time to question it and paid. Too bad as the place, food, and service were awesome. Hate being ripped off though.
Update I'm totally impressed with Lloyd (the GM here). His quick response, concern and manner of resolving the mistake were totally unexpected! With management like that and the nicest patio we've seen in a long time we'll definitely be back!!
We visited Canadian Brewhouse in Red Deer earlier this evening. The food was great, the drinks were great but our server really stole the show! Her name was Taylor and she really made the whole experience that much better! We will definitely be back and hope to see Taylor again!
