We seriously had the best time ever and we had the most wonderful experience with our waitress!! She was SO DARN nice and sweet and came to check on our table regularly. I cannot express how much I appreciate the wonderful and personalized service we got from Allison. She was the BEST server ever and I personally think she should get an instant raise and promotion. ALSO she personally connected with us all and was a genuinely kind and caring person!

Customer service was excellent! Drinks were quick, and the server came back with the right timing to check how everything was going. I got the classic chicken tenders with PLUM sauce. Rare to see that nowadays. And my friend got the steak sandwich that was perfect cooked medium rare to their preference.

Just had the best experience I've ever had at a Brewhouse (Often very fond of the service) but Taylor was one of the best servers I've ever had.
Incredibly attentive, none of us are drinkers and she stayed on top of our non alcoholic refills which is often a rarity. Even sent us home with 4 Litres of Bar Lime because one of our party hadn't had it before and lost his mind over it. Day made.
Will be stopping here every trip through Red Deer from now on. 10/10

Me and my girlfriends came for supper and a few drinks, and we had an amazing server named Tyne. She was fast, sweet and super accommodating to all of our needs! She served my friends exactly the drinks they wanted super fast. Always kept our table clear and checking in frequently! Recommend her to anyone that comes to red deer Canadian Brewhouse! Would rate her more then 5 stars if I could.

I brought my 2 boys in for Father’s Day. A great atmosphere for them and our waitress Emma was nothing short of awesome. Apologetic for a dirty table(our choice because that’s where we sat). Left it up to her to order my supper. Great choice on the chicken clubhouse. Older boy who’s 13 also commented on the great service. Would definitely come back again. Thanks Emma!!!!!!!!

It's a good place. Always have great drinks and good food. I worked at a Brewhouse in Calgary and gotta say the Red Deer one is way better, the servers are way more friendly. Have had some not so good food and service but everyone has bad days.

Not sure what happened, we both had the burger beer special $17.99 x2 bill came it was $51+. Used $25 gift card charged 26+ before tip. Made no sense but we didn't have time to question it and paid. Too bad as the place, food, and service were awesome. Hate being ripped off though.
Update I'm totally impressed with Lloyd (the GM here). His quick response, concern and manner of resolving the mistake were totally unexpected! With management like that and the nicest patio we've seen in a long time we'll definitely be back!!

We visited Canadian Brewhouse in Red Deer earlier this evening. The food was great, the drinks were great but our server really stole the show! Her name was Taylor and she really made the whole experience that much better! We will definitely be back and hope to see Taylor again!

Worst service I think I've ever had ...was there for a late lunch today at 2:30 there were three tables in there.... waitress dropped our meals off and that was the last time I seen her until it was time to pay the bill ....would have been nice to have some salt and pepper or some vinegar since I was having salt and vinegar fish and chips... or perhaps a refill on a drink halfway through.... she came and asked us how we were doing after the bus boy had already cleared my dishes.... I will never ever spend money there again nor will I recommend it to anybody that I know.....

If there was a 0 rating that is what I would give brewhouse Red Deer. The customer service was a joke. I ordered brewhouse off skip the dishes and got the wrong food. When I called to ask what happened the server admitted to ringing in the wrong thing and told me to just call skip the dishes. This was not skip the dishes fault and I even talked to a manager and he told me to just place another order and had no compassion for HIS SERVERS mistake. Never will I order from Brewhouse and I will forever tell my friends not to order from them as well.

I've been going to the Canadian Brewhouse house since May and there staff is amazing I go there pretty much every Wednesday for there wings. There boneless wings are the best and it's just a cool place to go and watch sports and enjoy the free WiFi and the awesome food they have. It's definitely Canadian and it's definitely a place I'll be going for wings. The ladies are always pretty and just amazing place.

I ordered from here multiple times through skip the dishes and they have never once got my order right. Ordered a Cheeseburger Poutine and they forgot the gravy, ordered it again and there was only fries and gravy, and just last night I got there Cheesecake and 2 cans of pop and they forgot the pop. Not a great experience at all.

Worst service EVER here!!! I know it's Mother's Day and all, but you need to anticipate a busy day. Our waitress looked frazzled and overwhelmed from the moment we arrived... even before it got busy. 25 minutes to get coffee... an hour for food. A minimum of 7 "I am so sorry" messages and a "You guys are going to hate me" from our waitress. Like, who, as a waitress, says that!?!? Then, when we asked to see a manager, he didn't even come over!!!! WTH!? 2 stars only because the sangria and food were good as usual. In the end they comped all of our food.

Went for a birthday celebration last Sunday March 25th. Four of our orders never arrived. The desserts were supposed to be all different and arrived fourty minutes after ordered and were all the same. We had four toddlers with us and their meals came slow and their ice cream came at the very end. The food was good but omg the service was bad and not saying it was the servers fault more likely the kitchen was the problem.. There was ten of us and it was a big order :(

Went out for a family Birthday dinner of 10. We are very disappointed in the service and the cold meals we all had. Our meals were not all brought out together, we had to ask twice for drinks and then had to go up to the bar to get our own. We also had to ask twice for our bill and she still never brought that either so again we had to go up to the bar. Will never go back.

We had a Christmas party at the Red Deer Canadian Brewhouse (thanks to winning an amazing prime rib dinner through the McTiernan family silent auction) and all I have to say about the staff is .... AMAZING! The waitress was very kind and very helpful. The manager went above and beyond of what we had requested throughout the evening! (And he really didn’t have to and it wasn’t expected of him). All in all we had amazing experience and we look forward to coming back many more times! Thank you so very much! And have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
