Masaru Sushi is a very adorable place and the host provides excellent food and service. The portion is quite big, it’s a struggle for me to finish the 12 maki combine. Chef’s choice is a no brainer, very fresh.

I had a lunch here, small place , the chef will make the type of roll that you are going to eat according the fresh fish that he have at the day. You can choose few entre if you would like ( miss suop and the Gyoza are really good ) The rolls are good but in my opinion you do not fill to much the fish because is cover from too much sauce, but the rolls taste good ... maybe too much onion ... Price is very good 👍

That was a very good choise for sushi in Old Québec. The ingredients were fresh, the wait time was not long. The employee working was super polite and nice. And the most important that the sushi were delicious. This is the best sushi place in Québec city. Highly recommended!
