Chicken is so damn juicy and fries portions is generous. Gravy on the side is a nice touch. But the chicken was too salty in my opinion.

I ordered a two piece chicken dinner tonight and had to wait around 20 minutes considering there was one or two people working. The woman seemed swamped with online orders as well as walk-ins. Though I wasn't too happy with the wait, the food that I received was absolutely cooked to perfection!!!!

The cashiers are friendly. Their fish sandwich is VERY AMAZING(compliments of my daughter) but they often mess up the orders. If you're going in store to order check to make sure everything is correct before you leave!

First time eating at Chick n not. Chicken was nice and crunchy. Big pieces. All the salads tasted good too. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow. I ordered the 16 piece chicken dinner. Took 30 mins of waiting to get it. :( I'll still go back and give it another try of course :)

Personally, I prefer chick n joy over any other chicken joint. The chicken isn't as salty as Popeyes, and the biscuits are amazing! The fries lack a bit of flavour and don't taste the greatest, but everything else is great. I can't complain about the customer service either. I've never had an issue

We had an excellent in this place. We enjoyed the great ambience and the food. The waiters were super welcoming. I’m glad we ultimately decided to visit this spot.

We met with friends at this restaurant for a meeting. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. We recomme
