Second time coming here. The staff are very friendly and even some of the customers went out of their way to take family photos for us. This place is a buffet so make sure you empty your stomach before arriving 😂 Food is delicious too.
I've been to other Mandarin locations in Scarborough, North York and Ottawa, but this is the best I've seen. My family and I had a very pleasant experience there, start to finish. Restaurant's staff were very polite and helpful. The food was hot and fresh. Everything we tried was tasty. The place was clean and the atmosphere was fantastic, although it was a busy night. Will definitely go back there soon.
My family and I booked Mandarin to hold my grandmother's 90th birthday party back in May. The staff and management were amazing. They were so helpful, inviting us to come in to view the private room that we could use, and spent quite a bit of time with us in person and on the phone answering questions. They were very accommodating with allowing us to come early to set up, and were very prompt and attentive throughout the entire meal, taking drink orders and clearing plates quickly. We were so happy we picked Mandarin Pickering to hold our event. We did a Saturday lunch and the price was extremely reasonable. Thank you Francis, Gloria, Danny, and I'm sorry I forget the name of the other manager that helped us on the day of because we were so busy (Keith perhaps?). Your service, the way you welcomed us and helped our family made this a very special occasion for us. We will definitely be holding future events here :)

Good to be back after Covid! It was crowded, so my safety protocol of safe distancing was virtually impossible. Some guests wore masks, others didn't. Gloves provided for each trip to the buffet. Meal was excellent, as always, and staff very friendly and helpful.
What a great experience!! No, there's no buffet, but the "small eats" alternative is such a creative way to get the same effect. The tables are very well spaced, with lots of distance in between. The service is fast and friendly, and the staff go the extra mile. We will definitely be back!!
Food is fairly good considering the bad reviews I have heard. Mix of Canadian and Chinese dishes. Price is not so bad when compared to other buffet restaurants. Service was very good. It didn't feel like they were rushing your meal.
