Hello ! My friend and I ordered from your water street location and we have nothing but amazing things to say about the experience from start to finish. The ordering process was super easy and the tracker was precise. Admittedly, there was no option to ask for an additional sauce (bbq sauce for example, or ranch whatever you're into) but we phoned the location right as soon as we placed the order, and the woman who greeted us gladly gave us sauce on the side so we could dress it ourselves! I love that. That is great customer service, she didn't even hesitate. Then, when it got here, which was super quick, it was sooo hot and fresh and just absolutely perfect...everything you want in a delivery pizza and more. The low price for the insanely high quality is crazy. Papa John's is unmatched. My roommate and I live a 1-2 minute walk from 2 other pizza restaurants, but Papa John's will now be our go-to pizza place. Here's a list of everything we loved about this pizza...just so you know: - how quick it came and how hot it was - everything was extremely fresh (I mean everything...the cheese, the toppings, the sauce, the bread!) - It was a great size (medium served two people WELL) - Oh, free garlic dip with the purchase of the pizza!!!! are you serious? that's amazing..thank you Papa John's - We liked how the toppings were baked under the cheese, it allowed the cheese to be cooked perfectly and become a little crispy (the besssst), and also the toppings stayed on this way! - and of course, again, the service and efficiency were incredible

Reliably fast and tastes fantastic. Also easy to put together cheap deals using their specials and promo codes found on the web... Highly recommended!
