Ambiance was good and the service was excellent. The food was simply outstanding. I had the black bean burger (with fries) and it was the best vegetarian burger I have ever had! For dessert I tried the brownie and it was so good! Highly recommend this place and I am sad that I do not live in Peterborough because I would definitely be a regular!!!

Jessica was great. The staff, the beer and the food, did I mention the food. It was a great meal. Calamari then the Ale house Rib-eye hot pot with a pint of Weiss beer from Collingwood. Delish!

"You gotta eat here!". Yes; you really should eat (and drink) here. My partner and I dropped in for lunch today and totally loved the experience; the food; the beer; and the friendly service. I had the advocado tacos and a mixed green salad. Both were delicious. And the salad had a very good salad dressing. But the best part was the beer! They have a great beer selection. I went for the real cask ale! Dee-licious! The pints are pumped by hand from a cask. It is therefore not carbonated, which is used to get other beers flowing, so you do not get bloated after 2 ..... or 3 ...... pints. For a minute, I thought I was visiting a pub in Yorkshire, England. This is a warm and cozy pub, with regular tables, bar tables, and outside tables. It is wheel-chair accessible. And they have a unique display of over 30 tap handles as you enter. A great experience! We will be back.

Service was good and prompt. Environment was nice and pleasant. The place was bustling even on a weekday afternoon. Food was served hot. Definitely a nice place to recommend for any meal of the day. Ordered Sopa del Dia (split pea soup), Lambo & the deaner salad. Soup was ok, very similar to the south indian sambhar. Will skip this dish. The Lambo was nice and well portioned. A burst of flavour and sauces, but too much going on in the plate for my taste. The salad was a healthy portion for half size and the added shrimp was juicy. If ordering, be sure to mention light on vinegerette.

I've been there a few times and every time was a great experience! I tried an assorted variety of foods and all have been good. I recommend the chicken and rib combo, as well as the pollo pizza. The Italian pizza is good too, though a little heavy on the cheese. The Greek burger is also good, though I would hope for a thicker patty. Great staff too. Overall, you won't be disappointed here!

My wife and I had an incredible late night dinner. She had the hot and sloppy sandwich, I had the Reuben. Both were made to perfection. We had fries to go with it that tasted awesome. The Hoptical Illusion pairs very nicely with the Reuben. We also had Key lime cheesecake and a pecan brownie with ice cream. Very enjoyable dinner, menu prices might look a little expensive but the experience is worth every penny, oops I guess every nickel. 10/10 looking forward to returning.

Always an amazing meal here. Great selection of tasty beers. I recommend the Dennison's Weissbier or 8 Man English Pale Ale(on cask). The hikory smoked chick n' ribs are absolutely mouth wateringly delicious. Nothing beats that smokey taste topped with sauce. Then to top it off with a yummy Chocolate Skor Cookie Pie for dessert! Nice cozy atmosphere with friendly staff, who are attentive even during a busy Friday night with staff shortages.

First time dining here. Very busy, which is usually a good sign. Didn't know we had to make reservations. There was a 20 - 30 min wait so we had a seat in front of a wood burning stove with a cocktail. Great atmosphere👌, service was fast and food was delicious. Will definitely return!!

We have enjoyed this place for a few years now, and honestly, they never disappoint. From a great selection of beers, to a variety of food that is sure to please. We love the private patio, but really, there is no bad seat in the house. The service is always friendly and efficient. We've had the burgers, the pizza, the sammies, bruschetta, fries, and salads...and, their curry-mayo is legit, to die for! You gotta eat here!
