I loved having my 62nd birthday with my daughter at your tea room. The cranberry orange pot of tea was delicious and having a 3 minute timer on our table was so cute. My lounge chair with 2 pillows felt like home . Our meal was fresh and big. Only regret was taking one of many many desserts home
Thanks to the cook and staff to make my birthday really different. Also the heart shaped gingerbread cookie was a sweet bonus with our tea.
A wonderful little gem! Delicious food, well presented, good service, pleasant atmosphere. So glad they had a table for us without a reservation, as we were just driving through and found it through Google. It was a busy place with every table filled, and with good reason- a great place for a terrific lunch! If we are in the area we will certainly make a point of going back.
Delicious food, and attentive, efficient staff. The portions are satisfying but not overfilling. I would say they're a bit on the small side as compared to other restaurants. My companions and I have been pleased with our food every time we've been here. They were also great in accommodating a child guest with an off-menu grilled cheese.
Had a high tea baby shower for my niece today at The Pin. Regular service ends at 1:30pm and then the space is available for events. We were a group of 12 and the way we were accommodated was amazing (a gift table was set up for us and extra space was cleared for party favours). From the time we were greeted to the end of the event, the service was absolutely amazing! The place settings are beautiful and parade of food coming out was an event in itself (very plentiful). A selection of delicious sandwiches, cakes, scones, tarts and quiche. This was my first high tea and it was a wonderful experience. I can’t say enough good things about The Pin. Don’t hesitate to book an event or a table. 5 stars for sure!

Went for brunch with friends so we could check out the location for a wedding shower event. We each ordered something different and everyone was very happy with their meal. Beautiful presentation. Wonderfully delicious. Reasonably priced. Server was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did we decide to book the venue for the shower, we decided we would need to check this place out on a regular basis. Would very happily recommend this restaurant for brunch, and I can't help but assume that dinner and high tea will also be scrumptious. I'll let you know. 😉
I chose The Pin for my birthday lunch and I’m so glad I did. It was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the beef bourguignon which I’d never had before. The flavours were incredible and the portion was generous. We all loved our waiter and we met the owner who was incredibly friendly as well. The atmosphere is very nice and the menu has many delicious looking options. I have to say that this is my new favourite restaurant. I can’t wait to return!
We had the most delicious lunch I’ve had in a long time. Strawberries and chicken on a crepe was a creative and delicious combination. Everything about this restaurant is wonderful.
My friend raved about “The Pin” for months! I finally got the opportunity to eat here tonight. I started off with the Caesar salad. The bacon jam was mind blowing! Complemented the flavours of the salad perfectly. There were so many layers of flavour adding so many dimensions and putting a modern spin on an old classic. The steak with red wine butter, roasted veg and potatoes was cooked to perfection. The steak was juicy and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Once again, there was perfectly layered flavours that made my taste buds jump for joy. It ranks up there with some of the best steaks I have ever had! I finished with a cheesecake (gluten free) that was the perfect way to finish this meal. My friends had the duck Wellington and stuffed chicken. Everyone was extremely pleased with their meal. Our server was very friendly, personable and very attentive. He made our dining experience delightful! If you are looking for a wonderful evening out and awesome food I highly recommend the pin!
