Good, quick lunch stop. A handy location at Sparks & Metcalfe, one can quickly grab a pre-made sub/sandwich, or wait in line for something fresher and made to order. Subs for $6, smaller sandwiches a bit less, you have your choice of the usual deli meats plus some Italian specialties. Also available are daily soups, a variety of salads (leafy, bean, couscous, etc) and other snacks and drinks. Outside is a small patio to watch the world go by down Sparks Street.

The food's tasty, the line moves quickly, and you get reasonable value for your money.

Great Food!!. Great location right on the famous Sparks Street Mall in Ottawa. Delicious food, great prices, wonderful owners and great service. I would go back anytime....Well known for Homemade soups and salads, and also Italian subs....
