This place is a gem. We had a grain bowl with lots of delicious - and in my case vegetarian - additions. Everything was super fresh. I applaud the owners for their commitment to healthy "fast food" and their respect for the environment. Dishes AND utensils are compostable.

The food was fresh and it tasted great! We arrived just before closing time and the accommodated us. I am glad they did. I really enjoyed my salad. I walked up and down the strip looking for something to eat and I am glad I stopped in this place. I highly recommend giving them a shot. You won't be disappointed. My hotel was a block about so this restaurant was quite convenient for us. I will visit again if I am ever in Ottawa again.

I'm a big fan of custom salad places and the ones I've had here were both fantastic! I really like the greens + grains option rather than being limited to one or the other. All of the veggies have been fresh and the sauces and dressings are all full of flavour! Tried out the roasted potatoes with feta and the baklava cheesecake as well and was not disappointed. I really would recommend this place if you're looking for something fast, healthy, and delicious.
I ordered a large pita with grilled chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomato & onion, roasted red pepper hummus, feta and lemon tahini thyme. The pita bread was soft and delicious, the chicken was extremely dry though. The sauce was really good. Would recommend, but I would try a different meat next time.
This is one of my favorite takeout options for healthy food in Centretown. Lots of choices and endless combinations of ingredients so I never get bored. The food always tastes fresh and the high quality is reliable. Their online ordering is also really easy to use.
The food was incredibly delicious! The staff is friendly and really patient giving us instructions since this was our first time visit here (and definitely not the last time ❤️) If you are looking for a place to get delicious food and also healthy, look no further!! This is the one! 🥰
I love this type of food option...build your own bowls. Staff are friendly, chill and fast, bit if a stoner vibe which I don't mind. Noisy acoustics, so I wouldn't want to do anything but takeout. The lamb meatballs on grains is a great combo.
