Their ice cream desserts are absolutely insane! I would recommend getting them in a cup because they are messy. They have so many choices and the coolest topping choices. It's not cheap for ice cream but it's a lot more than just ice cream. The one thing I didn't like was the coconut vegan ice cream. I've had many vegan ice creams and this was one of the worst. The texture is weird and it doesn't really taste like coconut. Other than that, everything I've tried has been amazing. It's also a cute and fun place with awesome staff. I would definitely recommend stopping by for a treat while exploring the market.
One of my favourite stops in Ottawa!! The soft serve is so good a d the toppings are delicious! My only complaint is that the amount of ice cream has decreased over time while the prices stay the same.. also , the sizes vary a lot depending on who's working

Came for the birthday cake but it was near the end of the night and they ran out unfortunately, but I’m kinda glad they did because the red rapture was amazing!
Also had hella Nutella for that chocolate cereal goodness :)
Also, their “regular” is not a regular, it’s pretty big, would probably be even more than enough to share one between two people.
Also I see a lot of reviews about rude service but I personally did not have any issue, plus it’s an icecream store? I don’t think you really get to have much encounter with the employees.
Velvety smooth ice cream with a lot of different flavoured toppings. The portion sizes are huge so it makes up for the slightly high pricing. Would recommend trying all the different cake flavours if you have the chance!
The ice cream was great! Although, it would have been much better if the cups provided were larger, as the ice cream was dripping all over the place. The soft serve itself was not too sweet. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good Instagram photo!
Outstanding ice cream. Nice treat for once in a while as the price doesn't really scream "regular treat". Friendly staff and moved us out of there nice and quickly which is good considering the space isn't that big. Would love a place to sit and actually eat the ice cream instead of having to walk around with it answering "where did you GET that?!" 47 times.
Really great ice cream shop. Selection is amazing and the variety and uniqueness is unlike any place I've been. However, it is a messy and cramped store. Would like a little more cleanliness especially with allergy concerns.
