The most amazing atmosphere, staff, beer, food, location, etc!!! I can't say enough great things about this place. Had the opportunity to take engagement photos here after falling in love on my first visit. Will be back over and over again to visit Dave and his team <3 recommend this place to every craft beer lover in Ottawa!!

As a southern Elgin St. resident, I'm really excited to have this place open up in my hood. I've visited a few times with my husband, after work, and I've been once with a large group at night.
The brews and food are both top notch, the vibe is great, with a wide spectrum of downtownies in attendance.
For a place that's so new on the scene, I expected a few missteps, but, so far there have been none.
My only feedback to the owners would be that the space could use a little more personality. But perhaps better if that patina just happens naturally -- a byproduct of good times and good company.
I also really appreciate the owner's long vision. He's committed to staying put -- he wants his place to become part of neighbourhood, everyone's favourite "local." It's certainly becoming mine.
The vibes was good but the menu was a little confusing.
Had a good time and Flora Hall has a good atmosphere with a great looking space.

Although you may be drawn to Flora Hall for their beer selection (it is a brewery after all), the food is quite excellent and should not be overlooked. They've put their own unique twist on crowd pleasing dishes, like tonight's ravioli and samosas - both of which were flavourful and well portioned. The shredded oxtail filling in the ravioli was a highlight, and was complimented beautifully with a lime crema that brought back memories of a Carlota de Limón (Mexican lime icebox cake). The smashed samosa was equally delicious, with its crispy edges, warm Indian spices, and sweet tamarind and mango notes. We had the Belgian Dubbel and Dry hopped sour, both of which were very good. The atmosphere was warm and our server (Duncan) was attentive and gracious. Overall it was a pleasure spending the evening here! Thank you to the entire team.
A great brewpub and also restaurant! Enjoyed a few of their beers, went for the gose and the oat pale ale and enjoyed both. Had the bone marrow for dinner and was delicious. Would definitely recommend!
Really brilliant place to grab some great selection of beers and food! For me the food trumps the beers as it’s all home made and smoked ribs are incredible! They should sell the sauce. I’d like to see more cider on the menu and a large range of beers but service is fantastic and I’d go back again!
Beer was great, as always, and the food was absolutely spectacular! My favourite brewery in Ottawa by a mile.
Our first time at Flora Hall!
Took us by surprise that the place is a lot bigger and nicer than we thought when we stepped inside.
The lady who served us (I think her name was Sarah..?) was very sweet and helpful.
We ordered the American Oats Pale Ales. It had some fruity taste to it and it was nice.
The ribs we ordered were very filling and nice. We couldn’t finish them. The ribs weren’t of the best quality of taste, but it was great.
The beans that came with it was really delicious.
In my opinion, the coleslaw was meh.
Overall, a good experience at Floral Hall and would visit again!
My partner and I’s favourite date night spot! The menu is so fun and innovative. I love trying something new every time. Also great selfie lighting in the bathrooms ;)
