Great burgers, onion rings. Venue is a little small compared to other locations in Ottawa, but it's cozy. Onion rings are a must-have... try them mixed in with poutine (Poutini Martini)! It can be a little bit pricey for some items, but it's always filling. :)

Super service and fantastic food. We were there on the weekend and the service was fantastic, which is so appreciated! The food was fastastic (malibu meltdown on portabello with poutine and three ring binder on reg burg with ex montrealer poutine). SO VERY GOOD.
Awesome Burgers!. The Works knows burgers and well too! Every time I have gone in I have been delighted. Their burgers are always juicey and super tasty.
WHEN you go you must: have the tower or rings app (best in the city), sweet potato strings as a side, and one of their world famous milkshakes.

Excellent food. However the service is very S.....L.....O.....W. The food took almost 30 minutes to arrive. Very good for food but if you do come here, give yourself lots of time to wait for your food.

It was our fist time visiting the works, server was very friendly and all her recommendations were good.
SO MANY CHOICES. Crave-worthy burgers, fantastic sides. I usually don't like sweet potato fries but theirs are delicious. Drinks are served in measuring cups. I got the 'sexy' burger of course. Pineapple ring, hot peppers, cream cheese and sweet and spicy sauce all over a mouthwatering burger.
Just finished dinner at The Works Kanata. We're stuffed. But also impressed. Great burgers (tried the beef and the chicken). Onion rings were the best we've ever had (recommend the beechhouse sauce with them). Our server was courteous, prompt and attentive. We'll be back.
Reliably good and options to please!. Some people think The WORKS is a gimmick, and maybe it is... but I love being able to customize myself an amazing burger from a huge selection of options (buns, meat, toppings) and their sides are the best - the Spicy Die-Cut Chips, in particular. I highly recommend the Sum Yum Guy burger.
My fave. Absolutely the best restaurant in Kanata. It is a can`t miss bet. My kids love it too.
Went for an early dinner with my family today. Our burgers were pretty standard. I ended up getting an Obaiwan Kobe man's cave, which is similar to a burger I make at home. It was alright. My husband got the taste of heaven, he enjoyed it. The kids meals were likely good, but they focused on eating the fries, which were excellent. Just the perfect level of crispy and salty. Lots of skip the dishes orders were being picked up while we were there, which kept the waitress busy and our service a bit slow at times. But we were okay with it since she seemed to be the only one working at the time.
Lunch special review: $13 for a 4oz burger pre-selection combo is worth considering. Add an extra patty to satisfy an adult. Recommend Dead Ringer (beef brisket, onion ring and cheese) but there’s so many good choices, therefore worth revisiting. Service is good. Lacking in “gourmet” presentation but who really cares?

I had an amazing experience. The place has an awesome atmosphere. The vibe is soo cool. The customer service was fantastic. They listen and paid attention. The best customer service I have had so far. I order the Gettin’ piggy with it burger and my fiend ordered the impossible sexy burger. It was beyond our expectations. The server checked-in on us several times to make sure we are doing okay or need anything more.

Excellent burgers!! And great location for bridlewood. Always extremely busy so make a reservation! Even pickup orders are very busy on the weekend!
We have eaten here a few time now and like it.
They have good food and great service, the restaurant has always been clean whenever we have gone to this location and the staff always helpful.. the food typically always arrives in a decent amount of time but with enough time to enjoy an entree between your main course/meal.. and dessert if you so choose.
The washrooms have always been clean when we have gone. We have only encountered an issue one time and the staff very apologetically and quickly resolved our issue with a smile..
Overall a great location and place to eat..
