We absolutely love the Table and have been frequenting this restaurant for years. Tons of vegan and gluten free options, beautiful variety, reasonable cost, great ambiance for a causal lunch or dinner date, and we appreciate the owner always playing an active role in the vegan community through sponsorships and attendance at events.
My absolute favourite restaurant in Eastern Ontario. Love the variety and the numerous gluten-free vegan options. Perfect place for a Celiac vegan. Staff are friendly. Love the discount card (although I loved it better when it was for $10 ;) ) I also love seeing the art work that changes regularly. And they now serve Oat & Mill ice cream which is super exciting!
Finally someone has put together my two favourite components of dining: Vegan and Buffet. The selection was incredible, as I filled my plate with a little bit of everything. It was all delicious. The staff were really friendly as they ensured every customer was taken care of. This is a real gem for vegan and vegetarians, a place I will certainly be returning to.
Most restaurants pretend to be clean. While the Table actually serves wholesome clean food that leaves you feeling better after eating then when you came in. The customer service is warm and the manager really knows how to make a customer feel welcome. I have a 9 year old who she helped serve and even took the time to explained how they prepare and cook the food! Do yourself a favour and try the food and service out.
Good variety and creative choices on offer. Some staples are always served but there is a clear effort to push the envelope. Clean place, reasonable pricing (by weight). Their dessert buffet is where most items remain unchanged and for food reason - they are really good. Soups are generally OK but occasionally unexciting due to overwhelming tomato flavour. Would recommend for vegetarians, vegans, omnivores and carnivores alike.
Absolutely amazing experience. The buffet was fresh and everything was really tasty. And the staff was so friendly and nice! Great vegan food for a good price and a cozy atmosphere. Will definitely be back next time we are in the city!
My husband and I were very happy with the vegan gluten free pizza special. The crust was a wonderful texture and the toppings and sauce were very flavourful. It came with summer cabbage salad (which was very fresh and yummy) and also included a chocolate avocado brownie which was the perfect amount of sweetness and very delicious. The people there were really nice. I will definitely go back 😃
FOOD IS AMAZING. Good quality produce and fresh. Waitress with red hair was very kind. Will definitely be coming back soon!
Not only is this place much easier to eat at because it caters to dietary needs, but the food is also delicious! Non vegetarians/vegans would enjoy eating here just as much. Everything is by weight, which works really well for me because you can grab a portion you can realistically finish. Love the care put into the ingredients. Great staff too. Definitely coming back here!
