We had our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the incredible Sidedoor Restaurant in the Byward market. Candace their event coordinator was super organized and answered my thousand emails and questions quickly and patiently. The food and drinks were spectacular and our guests loved the non traditional but flavourful dinner options. The late night Poutine buffet was awesome! Everyone was served quickly and the staff was very polite and efficient. We didn't have to add much to the already beautiful private room, but they were very accommodating with us bringing in a bunch of greenery and candles. We brought in our own music and the dance floor was packed all night. We had a perfect wedding there and we highly recommend them.

In addition to the exceptional food and beautiful building, the Sidedoor has a phenomenal events coordinator (Candace �) and team of employees. We just celebrated our wedding at the restaurant and had the best experience possible. Our guests loved it as much as we did. I would recommend Sidedoor as not only an amazing restaurant for the food but also as the perfect venue for a wedding. Thanks for helping us host the most amazing wedding.

Always delicious . I dream of Bajan crispy fish tacos between every visit. The butter poached lobster curry was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. The donuts make you feel gross in the best kind of "can't stop eating them" way.
