We have been going to British Style Fish and Chips for years now. They are THE best in Oshawa! Don't be fooled by the Halibut House being almost beside it. The service is good, the people are friendly and the fish and chips are sooooo good! They even make a kick ass homemade coleslaw that always sells out so get it early!

By far the best value and best Fish N Chips in Durham Region, myself and wife arte both from UK and can never find good fish and chips , till finding this place 6 years ago, wow wow wow!!! It tastes just like back home i like served in the paper to make it feel more authentic!! Honestly where can u get to die for fish n chips for like $7 British Style thats where!!!

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 7 years! The owner and his wife are super friendly and the main waitress there is a charmer!!
Let me start by saying the chips are some of the best I've ever had! Honestly, we have gone to have a pop and chips on more than one occasion.
My favourite is the pickerel, but the haddock and halibut are awesome too! AND the best part is the price..can't brag a 2 for 1 everyday of the week!!

I love the clean and quaint atmosphere. It really could be a little chip shop in England.

Forget going to some franchise fish place where there's no personality and the fish is strictly portioned (that's right halibut house, you suck).
Why not try this "mom and pop" fish and chip restaurant and save some money for once!!
GO NOW!!

One of the Best. We go back over & over to this friendly little restaurant. Not fancy, but bright and clean. And wonderful fish & chips! We've tried their other excellent seafood offerings, but the halibut is my favourite.
