Good seating, excellent value food, average service. The peameal bacon eggs Benedict was delicious. Seated quickly, but service was slow that day as they were slammed. Overall it’s clean, and a nice comfortable space. $20 after tax and tip for a meal and drink is great value. Grill kitchen is open and visible. Plenty of street parking. My only negative comment is the washroom - it’s dimly lit, and didn’t have hand towels. The sink was a problem, as it was quite dirty. However, as they commented below, it was a very busy day for them.
My aunt got the bacon and eggs. Bacon was really good quality and cooked to her liking.
My brother really enjoyed his eggs Benny. He said it had a bit of a citrus taste to it and all in all really enjoyed it.
I had the peameal bacon and cheese omelette. Please note I took one pic to show how PACKED FULL of peameal it is. I took home half of my meal because I just couldn’t not finish it and I am still stuffed two hours after eating.
Service was okay. Not super friendly but not bad either.
Only thing I wish they had was real orange juice as we were served Minute Maid in cans.
Will definitely be back.
This place has the best French toast I ever had in my life. It's crispy and tasty. Also every other thing I tried on their menu has always been amazing. My favorite breakfast place in Durham hands down.
