I've seen some of the negative comments about Johnny's and must say that I've never experienced rude wait staff, wrong orders and bad food. This isn't a Michelin 4 star restaurant BUT for a decent food and great value it's the best in my book and I've tried many in Oshawa - Whitby. I find Johnny's food and people better than Teddy's down the road. The staff here will give you a few minutes of their time and are truly welcoming and NO I don't go every day or week but they still know me. I am a happy customer who knows that my business is appreciated. Also the fact that the staff do not constantly leave but are there long term says a lot in my book. As for Johnny being a "wannabe Casanova" .... chill out and enjoy your meal. If you don't they'll be glad to make things right.

I love the place! It is friendly and the food and the place are so cozy and just what you want and need. The owner makes you feel like a superstar when you go in. What amazes me is the waitresses often remember your name! How do they do that? A neighbourhood treasure!
