Mr. Sub has been a delightful experience for me. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by friendly staff who guided me through their impressive selection of subs. Gina served me quickly and had answered all my questions pertaining to my allergy. the veggies were really fresh compared to Subway and she was very attentive to my needs as I am picky and the restaurant was very clean and the price for the lunch special was supper affordable

This is by far my favorite Mr.Sub location! They have great customer service and are always kind and welcoming even if its busy. The subs and the topping are always fresh. Would definitely recommend!
I came in today around lunch. There was only one person working and that had me worried as there were 5 people waiting line. The woman working there did a phenomenal job serving everyone quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Great job!
We always get our subs from this location. Gina (name?) is super friendly and has my wife's and my order memorized! Excellent fresh ingredients and super fast service make this Mr. Sub our go to place for take out food!
food is always fresh and employees are friendly and attentive. I work in the area and their quality is the most consistent you will find as far as fast food goes (I've sampled them all). Give them a visit!
Best Mr. Sub in Oakville hands down. The service is particularly great from Gina; she makes the best subs and has great customer service and is always kind. I come here quite often and I’m never disappointed.
Fantastic staff! I just watched a crazy Karen and her family of 5 belittle the staff over 2 dollars, this staff just smiled was beyond helpful as Karen kept going on and on super rude, over a scoop only being 3/4 full. This was one crazy Karen she fought over every penny and took 20 min to pay, while me and other customers had sandwiches ready and this staff was brilliant, kind and calm. The staff here work hard and did not deserve how horrible Karen was behaving, her kids looked embarrassed to be near her.
This location makes me feel like I am at home. Every time I come in I am welcomed warmly. I love coming in after a hard day at work, they make things so easy for me. On top of that, they always make me a perfect sub, always lots of toppings, always helpful! I especially appreciate the young lady who works most week day evenings, she is the life of the store and truly makes me feel like I am the only customer. Thank you to the whole team for all the hard work you do!
