I’ve been coming to this restaurant for several years now. This was my first time coming to their new location, and it is definitely an improvement compared to the last building. However, it seems they left their customer service skills at the old location. Worst customer service experience I have had. You can chalk it up to being busy, but the waiter walked by our table several times and recognized we weren’t eating anymore and at no point did he stop to ask if he could get us anything. Instead, he finally came by and just dropped off a to-go container and kept walking. That’s only a tiny glimpse of the experience. I think it goes without saying I don’t have any desire to return after being treated like that.

Since writing my initial (1 star) review, I have been in touch with the manager Gary. I had dinner there this evening. Gary came to my table and professionally handled my concerns from my last visit and gave me a gift card for my previously poor service experience. My boyfriend and I ordered buffalo chicken wraps (highly recommend) and the experience and service was back to how it was from the old location - attentive and friendly server. Thank you Gary! I will be back. 5 stars. :)
We went to the new place when it very first opened and I didn’t really like it. I really liked the old place, I thought it was quite cozy. Down the road we went back to the new place to try it out again. What a difference, it was very cozy and the food is amazingly good. We will be going back. It was a good choice for them to relocate. :-)
My boyfriend and I always enjoy coming here :) Tonight we had our favorite appetizer...the calamari but it was over cooked so a little bummed and we did try the garlic bread knots for the first time and they were delicious. I had the sweet chili chicken wrap with a ceasar salad and he had the aboo! He loved it! We will come back we always do. Wonderful staff and service. Thanks ladies it was a great evening 😊

I'm giving it a 4.4 as a bar/grill. Better than you would expect. Bronte is a beautiful summer destination but is filled year round. The restaurant is a casual restaurant for families, singles, friends and work parties. It has a sports theme if you like, meaning they play a lot of sports games on TV.
I got the stew. Trent from the Kitchen recommended it (I saw him walking and always like Kitchen suggestions). I was hungry but skipped apps. They did look great though (turkey sliders, greek salad, I was tempted).
My server Andrea was excellent. Professional, polite and super efficient. That was the best quality. So attentive to everyone I noticed. Hard to replace someone who pays attention.
Food was hot, well balanced and flavorful. I don't know if I would get it again. Its a mood thing. Great proportion of meat to veggies to mash. Not a lot of sauce. Garlic bread was nice touch I would not have guessed.
I would recommend and return. Personality, unique style, great service, and great food. Apparently they did a new menu roll out if you visited previously. Added some great new items. Turkey sliders, gobblers, burritos. Well executed operation. I recommend.

This is my husbands favourite place ! I went first time last night and loved it .
My kids enjoyed it more than us with the hose and that cute little red jeep .

Amazing food! Loved my fish and chips. My friends got burgers and they were awesome as well! The service is fast and the servers and super kind
I recently visited The Firehall for dinner. It was decent experience with good customer service, decent food as well as decent meal options. I found that the bronte burger had a decent in house mayo with a personal touch. I finally found that the desert options could be better prepared to be fresh and not premade.
Cool restaurant with a nice vibe! Don’t skip on the truffle Parmesan fries and the spinach dip, so good! Staff are all friendly and prices are reasonable. They have a nice outdoor seating area as well
Environment is nice for family gathering. Food was ok. The Extinguisher dip is a hit and highly recommended. The curry chicken is tasty and huge. Fried calamari was not up to my expectation as it was soggy and not crunchy.
