I’ve been coming to this restaurant for several years now. This was my first time coming to their new location, and it is definitely an improvement compared to the last building. However, it seems they left their customer service skills at the old location. Worst customer service experience I have had. You can chalk it up to being busy, but the waiter walked by our table several times and recognized we weren’t eating anymore and at no point did he stop to ask if he could get us anything. Instead, he finally came by and just dropped off a to-go container and kept walking. That’s only a tiny glimpse of the experience. I think it goes without saying I don’t have any desire to return after being treated like that.

Since writing my initial (1 star) review, I have been in touch with the manager Gary. I had dinner there this evening. Gary came to my table and professionally handled my concerns from my last visit and gave me a gift card for my previously poor service experience. My boyfriend and I ordered buffalo chicken wraps (highly recommend) and the experience and service was back to how it was from the old location - attentive and friendly server. Thank you Gary! I will be back. 5 stars. :)
We went to the new place when it very first opened and I didn’t really like it. I really liked the old place, I thought it was quite cozy. Down the road we went back to the new place to try it out again. What a difference, it was very cozy and the food is amazingly good. We will be going back. It was a good choice for them to relocate. :-)
My boyfriend and I always enjoy coming here :) Tonight we had our favorite appetizer...the calamari but it was over cooked so a little bummed and we did try the garlic bread knots for the first time and they were delicious. I had the sweet chili chicken wrap with a ceasar salad and he had the aboo! He loved it! We will come back we always do. Wonderful staff and service. Thanks ladies it was a great evening 😊
