I would recommend this place to everyone looking to try bubble tea or have something else than the usual coffee.I usually don't enjoy bubble tea very much but this place always has me coming back. Whenever I go the customer service is always friendly and the quality of my drink is very high. I especially love how my drink always tastes fresh and healthy ( i think they use very fresh ingredients)(maybe explains why they have been opened for such a long time!). My personal favourite is the strawberry bubble tea with coconut jelly and milky green tea during the winter or when I don't feel like something cold. But if none of those sound good to you their workers are always happy to recommend something different. Over all it's one of my favourite places to visit with friends to have a chat or to simply go and get a drink.

Best bubbletea in Vancouver. Bubbling Bubble Tea House on Lonsdale 19th is one of my favourite place to go with my friends. I like how everything on the menu is always fresh and good. I usually go for fresh and real fruit slushes. My favourites are Strawberry & Raspberry, Strawberry & Banana, or Strawberry & Mango. Every strawberry bases are very tasty. Great part of this place is that their bubbles are just fabulous. Bubbles are always fresh and chewy each time i visit. Also, thumbs up for very friendly staffs. My number one choice for bubble tea is always the Bubbling Bubble Tea House.
Always my first choice. Strawberry Banana slush with mango jelly is the only thing i ever get at bubble tea, but a lot of places make it too sweet or put in very little mango jelly or it just plain tastes bad. Bubbling is the only place ive been satisfied every time. The only bubble tea i'll go to on the north shore.
My best. Tapioca perals are home made not from can. they are always fresh. tons of flavors. great service. you wont be disappointed. open till late night.

One of the best on the North Shore. Menu offers red tea, green tea, milky series, slush series, fruity flavours, taro, fruity teas, and hot options. Tapioca pearls are chewy and satisfying unlike other places who's bubbles are soft with barely any in the drink. The inside has plenty of couches and sometimes it gets busy but the staff never falter to make a good bubble tea. I've been coming to this one for 4 years!
