Best little cafe on the North Shore. First and only owners, husband and wife, know you by your name EVERY TIME! Highly recommend going here vs anywhere else in the area.
Recommend!. Quaint little cafe with a wide range of food types. Salads, soups and sandwiches, and daily specials such as butter chicken and lobster bisque that will cost you maybe just over $5.00. The hosts Joanne and Ken are very welcoming and lovely people too. I like giving these people my money!
Very relaxed and homely with good food.. If you're looking for a healthy variety of good food and a quaint place to enjoy it, Kenaize is for you.
The soup was rich in flavors and the Reuben sandwich was packed with ingredients! Very satisfied lunch after a morning ride!
My favourite coffee shop, lunch and breakfast place, and spot to hang out! Locally owned by the sweetest people alive, Joanne and Ken go the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome. I’m lucky to be able to come here often! Best little pastries, many food and drink options, all at a low price! Their walls have artwork and decorations they’ve collected over the years, a home away from home for me❤️
One of my favourite little cafés for a soup and a sandwich. You get tremendous value. The owners they treat you like your at home. If you’re ever in the area definitely come and try it out!

I haven't been here for a while, and it's just as I remember. A nice little cafe with good food and a calming feeling. The owner remembered my face after 3 years, and I'm happy to be back.
Get it while you can. Owners will probably retire within a couple of years. Great sandwiches, soup, breakfast, lunch, coffee and more for a reasonable price and they're always happy to see you! 😊
This cafe is such a hidden gem. The food is incredibly delicious, fresh and home made feel- but more importantly, affordable. The interior is so cozy. Definitely a bring a book and relax for a couple of hours cafe. New regular spot.
Just stopped by Kenaize to get a sandwich on our way to a hike and it was wonderful. The service was amazing and the sandwiches where delicious!!
True hidden gem! Price is very affordable and the owner is very nice! Sandwich is super delicious with fresh veggies! Made to order sandwiches with a side of soup was only $6! So happy that I found this place :)
Great little hidden mom and pop cafe. Ken and Joanne are such nice people, and they make really tasty food. I always look forwards to old time friendly service and good food. It's amazing how well priced things are considering the current economy. The salads are always really fresh
