At times Starbucks can be hit and miss - but the current Pistachio Latte is such a winner. I feel like the baristas can be a bit faster getting the orders out.
On-time mobile order receiving, order at least 7 mins ahead and they will have it prepared by then, it's best to order online rather waiting in line, it is a small space and quite crowded everytime, best to not stand around for others too
sophia is the mostest bestest amazingest barista ever. TIP TOP QUALITY!!! SAVE UR BUCKS ON TIMMIES AND COME HERE INSTEAD CUZ THEY dont know wut there doing. SOPHIA IS BOMB THO 100% reccomend here. #grahamiscooltoo
I love this location, and I’m glad it’s still open, even though two other Lonsdale Starbucks stores closed in recent years.
They get an A+ for fixing mistakes too! Today I was accidentally charged twice due to a trainee mistake, but they immediately refunded the second order and offered me both drinks anyway. That’s how you gain customer loyalty!
Coffee and staff was good, but tables and chairs so old and uncomfortable
Friendly staff and a good amount of seating that makes it a good place to hang out and work for a while. Plenty of parking and pretty easy to get to.
I have lived on the north shore for 19 years. Fast paced busy environment so to be expected a bit of a wait sometimes when I get my coffee and breakfast before work. If you want quick mediocre service there’s a 711 or Tim Hortins. I have never tasted a better coffee then a personally handcrafted beverage made my a Starbucks barista and especially at this 17th location! Pleasant experience with many of the staff here as I frequent this location in the AM on weekdays. New faces it seems every couple months but the long term employees always have positive attitudes and smile and tend to our needs as customer when sometimes it seems they are short staffed. I’ve worked retail many years and hope these young people get recognition everyday for their hard work and great attitudes!!! 10/10!!! Bravo!
This place can get busy, but I’ve noticed a young lady name hailley.
She is blonde hair, she has the most amazing energy! And will help you out whatever you need!

This place is amazing, I love this Starbucks, staff is the best and Vlad is extremely helpful. Derek, Graham, Sophia, and Riley are also exceptional baristas. Occasionally, you may hear groaning from the staff room, very interesting, I like it.
