When you enter the store your engulfed with the selection of teas. There are so many to choose from and it's hard to have a favorite. I approached one of the workers and asked for his recommendation on a breakfast tea, that's when he suggested the Scottish breakfast. He asked if I like one or two bags, there's no extra charge. I'm glad I chose two, it's very lovely. On its own I put in one brown sugar and it's perfect.
There are also also of gift packs and merchandise for sale. Prices are on the steep edge, no pun intended, but definitely really cool items. If your window shopping grab a tea and check it out.
Wow! Buy thier tea. Buy thier coffee. They have been in BC for 120+ years. I did know of them until recently. There is a reason they are still around. Great great at what they do

Very helpful :) mom and I are enjoying some Lady Grey regularly thanks to your lovely lose leaf tea. *I think there is sugar in some kinds though, which is a bit unnecessary I think :) just my thoughts.
I’ve literally never had a bad experience here. I cannot express how fantastic their customer service is, not to mention the teas. I’ve never walked out of a murchies store without being in a noticeably better mood, every employee I’ve ever met for murchies is so so nice and helpful. They have a great selection of high quality teas for great prices and even online shopping is delightful- my packages always come within days of me ordering it and I’m just so pleased to have a store like murchies around.
Nice boutique for black and blend teas, available in loose leaf or tea bags. Descriptive packaging without confusing hipster naming. Very helpful staff without the sale pressure. I enjoyed the experience.
Great store with a lovely selection of tea at a great price. Small sampler boxes were only $4.95 for 10 tea bags!
Tea lattes were tasty. I wished they have tables and chairs for people to sit down and enjoyed the beverage. We had to sit at the mall bench.

The a fine jasmine compared to those in the city. Always in stock. Plenty of particular instruments. Grab a cup before your stroll in the mall.
