The food and service is exactly what you would expect at any East Side Mario's. I was pleased to find the service and food did not suffer based on location. I would have preferred to have been advised that the 8% tourism fee was optional even though it is placed on your bill.
Great customer service once we were finally seated. We walked in around 3:00 pm and there was barely a soul. We took a few minutes before somebody finally sat us down, as there was no hostess or employees in the dining area. I had a Teambuy certificate that I had paid $10 for that had expired but they were great and still honored the promotional value of $20 so for that alone I would go back. Food was good, and we split a wrap since we were going to be eating dinner again in a couple of hours. Pop was horrendously priced though, at $3.99 even if refillable as McDonalds is not far away and they charge $1. Even the Planet Hollywood was less than that. They are lacking in a patio due to their location, which is probably why it was dead, as many of the patios nearby were entirely full so that time of day was not the only factor in the lack of customers. This location has been around for a while, and we have eaten here before.

Meh. Hey badda boom badda bing. It's a chain lol.
Not a great place if you want to enjoy a quiet dinner, without impromptu parades of clapping employees marching out and singing some unintelligible birthday tune every few minutes.
Somethingsomethingsomething it's your birthday somethingsomething...yay
Badaboom-badabing!
