So good! Sweet n sour pizza is my favorite. Also ordered spaghetti with garlic bread and everything was ready right on time and got it home and it was still steaming hot and fresh!
Forget Pizza Hut, Papa Dave's in New West is my favourite pizza place. They serve an east coast American style pizza, keeping it simple. Nice crust with a moderate amount of grease you'd expect from a pizza you'd feel guilty eating on a fancy cleanse. Try it, and be honest with yourself, don't expect some sicilian fire oven flat bread BS.

I've been looking for an old fashioned, authentic type pizza I remember getting as a kid in the '90's. Nothing has really scratched that itch...until NOW!
Papa Dave's pizza is SUPER YUMFUL! The toppings are generous and well placed, including the perfect amount of their 3 cheese blend.
The dough is just the right thickness. It is tender and yet has a bit if that crisp mouthful when you bite into it. It is not greasy and yet not dry...it's perfect!
Here's the true star...the SAUCE! It's not sweet, artificial tasting or lacking faith of flavour. It is savoury, rich in spices that will delight your palate and obviously authentic to the restaurant. I wish I could just butly the sauce for my own use at home, it's that good!
Price is in league with any other establishment, which is pretty amazing when you consider the quality one gets! I can tell they make their pizzas with love and joy!
There isn't online ordering through them directly, which is neat as I can't remember the last time I called a pizza place, so it added to the nostalgia. You can use Skip the Dishes if you want. I was able to text them through Google and ask questions, so that was cool.
They allowed for a topping substitution without charging more.
The pizzas I got were 2 large; 1 cheese lovers with pepperoni, salami and capicolli, and 1 Lean Beef a lovers with pineapple substituted in lieu of mushrooms.
The pizza reheats well the next day in the oven.
I won't be ordering from anywhere else, this is now my defacto pizza place.
Plus they are a family owned small business, so supporting local is awesome!

The "All Meat Yummy" pizza is above-average for a meat-lover's. Not too greasy, and great flavours. The Hawaiian is good but nothing special. Lots of toppings on their pizzas. Slightly more expensive than other local pizza places, but worth it.
Lol watch out if you have coupon. I was charged 1.5 pizzas with my BOGO coupon. It was an honest mistake (I think), and they fixed the bill.
Awesomeness!!! Best🍕 pizza 🍕in a long while. Great customer service, nice delivery driver 🚗. Loved the price. We will Definitely recommend this place. And we will be coming back for more. Can't wait to try the other things on the menu. To bad we can't get the Rig to the restaurant. Lol Thank you so much for the fantastic Pizza Papa Dave's.
