Came here with my family for first time! All I can say is wow!!!!! The portions are huge and the food is just like home cooked meals. The prices are reasonable for how much food l received. The escargot was delicious and the cordon blue was to die for yummy will be back very soon! Great work cooks!

It has always been good.
We arrived here on a busy night but we're still seated quickly. The service was impeccable and the food also arrived quickly. I was impressed with the size of the servings. Everything was delicious! I recommend the Schnitzel Charlotte while my hubby had the combo platter (perfect for when you can't decide because it all looks good). We also enjoyed the German atmosphere and murals on the wall. We'll definitely be back. :)
Sometimes, I just get a craving for schnitzel. We popped in to The Old Bavaria Haus back in October because... well, what better time than Oktoberfest for schnitzel?
I flipped back and forth between the type of schnitzel I was going to order before finally settling on the Schnitzel Rockefeller where they top your crispy breaded schnitzel with oysters rockefeller. I really enjoy the red cabbage that their schnitzels come with.

Had an awesome experience at this place. First of all, it's a very nice building, the outside facade and the interiors really set this place apart. Super cool place to enjoy a meal.
We had the German pasta with black forest mushrooms to start and it was absolutely amazing. Probably my favorite part of the meal.
For a main, I had the Bavarian Dinner, which included some sausage, sourcraut, veggies and some grilled onions, all topped with an amazing sauce. I was fully satisfied at the end of the meal. Service was really attentive. Will come again.
Birthday visit. A visit for the first time. Since it is the Sunday after Christmas it was busy the service however was attentive and friendly. We both started with the Caesar salad, it was light and fresh. I had the combination platter for my main meal. A platter of meat and spatzel, I am in heaven. This combination consisted of rouladen which was so tender and full of flavour. Next was the bratwarst... Also good, with a light flavor. I then had my schnitzel with peppercorn sauce. I was not a fan of the sauce, but the schnitzel had a good crunch. Rainbowcrab had the corden blue schnitzel, she loved the ham and cheese inside. It was very big.
We look forward to going back.
This place is awesome! Ive been here roughly 20 times and i have ordered the Rouladen every single time because it is excellent. Cabbage and Spatlze is tasty. Service has alwys been great as well.
Terrific Schnitzel!. Sat. Sept. 21 - A glass of wine and well prepared food is a great evening. Lucky we were in for 6:00 pm as it was full by 7:00 pm. Worth the trip to enjoy.
Service was pretty abysmal (the waitress took forever to take our order, forgot about my friend's drink, and seemed generally scatterbrained). The food was delicious though!
What a charming experience we had....we had a lovely time. Charming place, great service, full room by the time we left. The drinks were so reasonably priced, the food was good (a bit overcooked) and we enjoyed ourselves. Better than expected.
Warm garlic bread to start, yummy. I had the combo dinner - good schnitzel, very good gravy, mushy red cabbage (that I didn't eat), veggies in butter, the spatzle was handmade and ok, good bratwurst. My sweetie had the schnitzel Rockefeller, just in case it was a good combo, and it was not a natural fit after all and her schnitzel was overcooked but that was ok. Her wheat beer in a frosted glass was perfect. Homemade desserts: her black forest cake was very good and my apple strudel was overcooked but still good with vanilla whipped cream. I had a glass of riesling and actually drank the whole glass (I'm not much of a drinker).
