I have been living at le mille neuf for 2+ years, one of the best staff especially Stephanie Ruz, Pierre, Dina and Pedro. They are really helpful, always welcomes you with a great smile and ready to help whenever there is a problem. They have good amenities like Gym, outdoor pool, common area where you can work or study… the bldg is perfectly situated next to places d’armes metro, chinatown, old port, IGA, st.Catherine….. Having said that, I would highly recommend anyone to live here because they will have a great time.

It's location is simply fantastic. The attention you get from the staff makes you think you've rented a 5 star hotel. it is a little expensive, but considering all the amenities you get, it might just be OK. I couldn't use them though because I was short on time and the pandemic forced them to close all shared spaces. Thanks to all the staff in Le Mille Neuf! Especially to the concierge that helped my wife and I to load all my belongings to the taxis. the service and attention were absolutely outstanding. it was a good choice to rent this condo as our starting point in Montreal. Thank you once again! :)

Great apartment residence building from Oxford Properties in Downtown Montreal, very conveniently located between Downtown core, Old Montreal and Chinatown and steps away from the metro station. The neighbourhood has a boulangerie, several coffee shops, a supermarket and a convenience store. Palais des Congress which is right next to the building has several options to eat as well. The unit is very spacious and the common areas are very nicely maintained. The building has a swimming pool, terrace, BBQ, Gym, Sauna, Private Theater (all included in your rent) and a community workspace area. They also have short term rentals. One of the best parts of the building is the amazing staff here. The Rental administration and front office headed by Ms Stephanie and Ms Raina are such a delight to interact with. They are ever attentive to your needs, available and respond immediately to any queries and provide stellar customer service. (This was a big issue with the previous team but this present team has completely transformed that function - so thanks to Oxford Properties for bringing such an amazing team) Also a word about the security, concierge and maintenance staff. They are super friendly, helpful, and do an amazing job to feel the guests welcome, keep the common areas neat and tidy, and help out when they can. After living in several rental apartment buildings in Toronto and having moved here, it's been the best property we have ever stayed in.

My experience living at Le Mille Neuf has been great. The staff is very responsible and quick to help out in any way they can. Particularly, Joanna has been phenomenal to deal with, if there are any issues or I have any questions at all, she is quick to respond + resolve the issue. Joanna is absolutely lovely!! The two maintenance guys are phenomenal as well! Such a positive attitude, and my apartment maintenance requests gets solved within 24 hours (shower clogs, etc.).

Emma and the team are really really welcoming and helpful, always answer questions quickly and clearly. I've had a really great experience here and the location is excellent. Why live in hectic noisy Griffintown when you can get a much nicer place here! Polite residents, cute dogs, flat repainted quickly after previous tenant, reception and cleaning staff work hard and always friendly. Zero drama . The fountain in the park opposite sets on fire in the evening which is pretty cool. Supermarket next door is expensive but quality, slightly cheaper shop in Desjardins nearby. Merci beaucoup!
