Ordered the escargot, sweetbread, lamb shank, duck breast, creme brûlée, and tulip sherbet. Lamb easily fell off the bone and was braised well, sweetbread was great (I wish I had ordered two) but the escargot was a tad bland and I couldn't quite distinguish the taste of hazelnuts, the duck breast was slightly pink in the middle and was cooked well but I would have preferred it more rare, and the desserts were just right on the sugar levels. My compliments to the chef!
Presentation of each plate was fantastic, and service was incredibly attentive.
Would frequent again!

I've been there yesterday night, and I really wasn't convinced. For a group of barely 10-12 people, we didn't really have any options in the menu. Also, my bavette (angus steak) was really, really a terrible piece of meat, and wasn't cook how I asked. The soup and the desert were great, but these don't suffice to make me say I'd go there again. However, service was really very good, waiters were looking forward to have a little chat with us, but again, that alone wouldn't make me go there again. And a little expensive for what you get. Oh, and it's bring your own wine.
Nous avons vraiment passé une excellente soirée à L'entiché. Nous étions tout de même un groupe de 15, le service laisse parfois à désirer dans certains restaurants, ce n'a pas été le cas à celui-ci ou notre expérience au grand complet a été génial. Les plats sont tout simplement délicieux, tout comme les différentes variétés de trous Normand.
