Khavan resto serves cooked kababs that are really really good. I was impressed how good it was. I ordered the 2 brochettes lamb/beef with rice and I must say I'd recommend it to anyone in the area. def a nice try and will be back for this
I wonder if they sell it uncooked so I can bbq it at home.
You should try the Iranian kababs at the Akhavan restaurant,incredibly delicious,very tasty and juicy meat for not expensive at all,the rice they serve is soooo good!!!
Small but very clean and organized place to sit down and eat their amazing food,staff are extremely friendly!

This spot is massive! So much amazing food. The people working here are really kind especially the cashier who recommended something I had never tried before. Also the prices are very fair in this market. Cheers fordamnsure

I really think these negative reviews from questionable, "local guides" are completely fake. I have been a customer of Akhavan for years. Anyone who tries to say there is a problem with the freshness or quality of their meats, fruits or vegetables has never been in their store. The meats are amazing! Everything is fresh, except for the dried nuts, but how can you have fresh, dried nuts?
I drive past two other grocery stores to go there because of the quality and because of the great staff. Yes the move was unfortunate, but necessary, and no one likes change. it's still the best store in NDG CSL.

Delicious Iranian food ingredients & savory. It feels like home far from home. Helpful staff. The New location is huge. Fresh food & bread served right next door. 😋

do we need to take time off to be able to make it at your store in time?!
extend your hours to at least 8.
or move it from 10AM to 8PM like other grocery stores.
That way people who have work and can really spend on your shop can come.

Oh this place is great, specially the little restaurant next door! Cheap and very delicious kebab khobide and sandwiches will fill your appetite for persian food!
Most of products are from Iran. Also from Afghanistan or India. Good thing u can find if you are from middle east or even if you are looking for such products. Common things which are available in normal groceries, are a bit more expensive in here. Nice and friendly staff. Fruits, vegetables, different kinds of meat. Available free parking with on-side trolleys.
