Enjoyable food and atmosphere. Really enjoyed the peanut satay sauce and grilled chicken with their cantonese style chow mein.
Their shrimp was excellent too.
Best and most filling won ton soup I've ever had. Great specials, great quality. Definitely recommend!
Delivery. Tao Restaurant is right next door to where I live, and can have the food at my doorstep literally 15 minutes after I hang up the phone.

Really great!. I'd always been curious about Tao because of my frequent trips to buy groceries at Metro across the street, but had never gone in. My reluctance was due to some poor reviews I found on the internet. However, even from across the street I could see that there were quite a few customers, which persuaded me that some negative reviews were not an accurate reflection of the restaurant because clearly there were a great number of people who did enjoy what Tao had to offer.
I must admit that I regret not having gone there sooner. I ordered the red curry tofu from the menu at the back, which came with a wonton soup, spring roll and rice. I like a little bit of spice but not too much so I asked my waiter if I could get the curry with just a bit of spice and he was understanding and accommodating. Everything i had was really tasty and the curry was just spicy enough.
I made a reservation for me and some friends this weekend and am so excited to go back.
Great food! will go back!. I recently went to Tao with some friends because my sister suggested it to me and we had a great time. We were unsure about what to order, but our waitress was very friendly and helpful.
A couple of us ordered off the "night menu" and the others ordered from the "rice & noodle special". My meal came with a hot and sour soup, peanut butter dumplings and the General Tao Chicken, which were all delicious.
We ended our meal with some yummy candied walnuts (which were to die for) and some cookies. For what we ordered, the prices were very reasonable and everyone left full and happy. It was so great that we're all planning on going back soon!
Thanks to a Living Social certificate I had the privilege of experiencing Tao's fine cuisine and great service. I will be back for sure!
