Fresh, light, delicious. We discovered this gem while trudging along a dreary stretch of apartment buildings. We were lucky to find it, as it appears to be open only ot lunch and only on weekdays. The noodle and dumpling soup was delicious; it's more like a Thai egg noodle soup than a traditional Vietnamese pho. The spring rolls were huge-- my husband dubbed them burritos. He had the Vietnamese beef sandwich and loved it. He says the beef was nicely seasoned and not fatty or greasy. We left there satisfied but not full--and with a new pep in our step.
