I have been going to Tasty Pizza for as long as I can remember. What I like about it is its location. This place holds lots of good memories and their pizza are still decent after 50 years. If you want a ate night eat after heading back home this place is always open. Do not order out, go experience a slice of this landmark place, it takes best when you are there. Their pizza's may be generic to some, but this is the charm. Cheese is placed under the toppings so they are different from other pizzeria's. Admire the wall of pictures to get a history of Montreal and the Great Decarie flood. If you are old enough it wil open up the flood gates. Guaranteed a decent time.
The World's Greatest Pizza. I really don't know what I'd do if Tasty Food were to ever close down. It's not only my favourite pizza, by far, that I've ever had... it's my favourite FOOD, period, that I've ever had. There are a few people that I've talked to in the last 40 years who've told me they don't like Tasty Food pizza, but then again, there are the occasional morons who don't appreciate the Beatles (or Shakespeare or chocolate), so I just roll my eyes and move away from them. Although I was born and raised in Mtl, I now live in Toronto and so every trip into town results in a steady diet of Tasty Food, as well as taking a few back to T.O. God Bless this amazing place!
Great Pizza. I have been eating there for 50 years. They are a Montreal institution.
