Cozy pub with great food, good selection of beer. The standout feature is the service, as I've always enjoyed great hosts/hostesses. Wings are excellent and must be tried by newcomers. The pub always has interesting features, like Shred Your Ex on Valentine's.
Good location all year round, though summer is best to enjoy their small terrace.
Next Door is possibly the best English speaking pub in Montreal. The ambiance is excellent and while small, you'll always get in at any time. The workers are top notch and the food is great. Ali and Candice are warm and welcoming as well as the owners. They have great beer, too! Next Door is definitely the place to check out!
Great little neighborhood pub, full of hip young people! The ambiance is great, very noisy but enjoyable nonetheless for those who like people watching. The menu is simple, a few burgers, fish and chips and similar meals, all very we done. We had the burgers and poutine, and they were truly great! Very good meat, home sauce was very nice, the bun was warm, etc. Many great beers on tap, and very affordable too (eleven bucks for a one liter "euro pint"? Yes please!). Recommended for a fun evening!
I stopped in on a Wednesday and the atmosphere was great. Only Molson beer, but everything was great. I would go back in a heart beat!! Great spot!
Been coming here for years. Amazing staff, they're all very welcoming and friendly. Great pub style food and a good selection of drinks. Definitely my go to spot for a pint and a bite to eat. A great local pub without the downtown pretentiousness.

The Nextdoor Pub & Grill has all the components to start your weekend off with a bang. If the place is jam packed in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday, what else can you say but just join in. While the burger didn’t quite sweep me off my feet, the rest of the visit was enough to make me appreciate the pub.
One of the best pub, period. It's cheap, and it's good, what else can you ask for? The menu isn't as big as some other places, but what they do, they do it well. Go there on sunday nights for their wings and you shall thank me later.
Next door /Wings/Jay. I went here and i was a little too wasted to really know what was in front of me, I ate with my head down just to get out and go home . I went back, sober... I ate chicken wings ( at 29 cents). and nachos and beer ..... and immediately fell in love. The ambiance is awesome, the staff ... what more can we ask for? Sweet, nice ,patient not one ounce of rudeness even though the place is packed they smile..you WANT to give them tip and not just 15% of your bill. Then there is Jay...as for Jay the bartender i want to only sit at the bar when my boyfriend and I go, I love looking at him and all other staff members work, its an art:) Jay is sweet and kind and inquires a lot about if everything is ok the food the drinks ... and yes everything is always perfect, Shakes my boyfriend and I's hand when we leave and he makes a crazy litchi martini . Would i go back?Definitely and i am planning on doing so shortly :)

Scrumptious food! i ordered the chicken burger which was one of the best I've ever had (I've had a loooot!) the bun was so fresh and soft. The chicken and bacon was cooked to perfection. The wings were really good and well seasoned. Both fries (sweet potato and regular) were very well cooked and better then other places. The service was really great and super friendly! The atmosphere is super cool and the music they play is really "hip".
Definitely recommended if you like pub places its not a fancy dinner place!

The place is pretty small but not tiny, it's usually pretty busy, and the service is great. The waitress (who's basically always been there whenever I've gone, which is at least 20 times in the last few months) is awesome. Another waiter, Stefano, is also really good. My boyfriend and I usually order a few shots (Jameson and Jack), and share some of their food. My favorites are the potato wedges, chicken tenders, and nachos. The house salad is also really decent, love the dressing. Prices are pretty reasonable and it's always a good time in there- amazing music choice, nice decor, candlelit tables. It literally has a "pub next door" feel to it, and I guess that's why I love it so much.
Great beer selection (almost all local), great burgers, great staff, and great patrons. This place is not your average neighborhood pub... It's much more than that!
