L’équipe est bien formé face à la maladie cœliaque. Il y a un menu exclusivement dans gluten. Ils se lavent les mains régulièrement et utilisent des couverts d’une couleur différente afin de signifier la condition. De plus, les serveurs sont très sympathiques et prennent le temps bien expliquer ce que l’on peut consommer sans avoir de problème. Exemple je désirais un extra champignon et on m’a averti qu’il pourrait y avoir de la contamination croisée avec ceux-ci. Vraiment un service hors pair. Je recommande a tous sans aucune hésitation.

Super bon service malgré nos caprices de personnes coeliaque ils sont a l'écoute de nos différences et de nos demandes et la nourriture sans gluten est varié et excellente!!!

this was our first visit to Ottavio and we were very pleased....we ordered the 11 $ lunchtime menu and it was beyond our expectations....I had the gluten-free penne with 3 additional toppings au gratin, and my husband had penne arabiatta also with 3 toppings plus a Caesar salad on the side.....he topped it off with tiramisu dessert....everything was served hot and delicious....our server was Jonathan and he was attentive to us despite several groups that were present that day ....we will definitely go back....

L'accueuil étais courtois, le service rapide et la nouriture très bonne: j'ai pris une salade césare avec une pizza Ottavio avec un thé. Je viens ici 2-3 fois par mois et je n'ai jamais été déçu. Les portitions pourraient être plus généreuses.

Great food and service. I went with a group for a birthday celebration and all our table of 20 found the food very good. Our server was attentive and prompt and we all got our plates at the same time. What more can we ask for?! Great experience and don't forget to bring your wine!
