Les plats chez Vago sont excellents. Les cavatelli sont al dente comme j'aime et le risotto aux champignons est extrêmement savoureux! J'ai bien aimé l'entrée de calmars, mais ce ne sont pas les meilleurs que j'ai mangés (ils sont tous petits). Quant au dessert, le gâteau au chocolat sans gluten est parfait pour les amateurs de cacao. Pour terminer, la place est jolie et le service est impeccable. :)

First of Many To Come !!!. Vago is one of Montreals best kept secrets. The atmosphere is quiet, rustic and warm. The service is exceptional and the food is seasoned to perfection. From the moment we walked past the nicely decorated terrace, through the doors and into the jammed packed restaurant the experience was one of a kind. We were instantly greeted with smiles from ear to ear, seated and served cocktails within minutes. The menu offers everything you could want from an Italian restaurant and the Table D'Hote has a wide selection of choices. Not knowing what to expect and all deciding to select from the Table D'Hote, we were beyond satisfied with all our appetizers, starters and entrees. Having silence at a table of 3, for more than 15 minutes, while we rejoiced in our food is the ultimate compliment. The dinner reached a pivotal moment when 4 different desserts were brought to our table, all made in house, for us to share. One more decadent than the other, with an espresso in hand, was the perfect ending to a beyond perfect dinner with friends. I would recommend this restaurant to all friends and family who are looking for an exceptional experience, the ultimate in quality and an at home feel. The regulars are known by name, the newbies are treated like old timers and you are sure to leave feeling warm in your heart and full in you stomach !!!!!
Westmount Gem. Vago is a neighbourhood landmark. Great food, amazing service and a nice quiet atmoshpere. I always leave Vago satisfied and eager to return.
Fresh and Delicious. If you like a little quiet restaurant on Green Ave in Westmount you gotta try Vago out. This place has fresh food and its really appetizing and filling. The price is a little expensive, but well worth it. Best calamari in the city and great seafood pescatori
Excellent food & service although one waiter who served us could use a blood transfusion. Looked like he hadn't slept in a week. Sampled linguini, veal, salads & steak. All excellent. Desert too. Of course it's expensive. Anybody expect a bargain on Greene Ave?
Fine dinning. The fillet Mignon was the best I have ever had. The vegetables were cold and did not seem very fresh. The desserts (crème brûlée and tiramisu) were amazing. Pricey but very nice interior. Service is good but our waiter seemed to be a little impatient.
I would go back for the fillet Mignon anytime!
We tried both their special Valentine’s Day drinks, the pesto busiate, ossobuco, and tomato bruschetta — the last of which I’m still dreaming about! 🤤 I also love their proactive generosity with bread lol

Excellent dinner in excellent company
I LOVE this place. My new favourite in the Westmount area. We sat at the bar and were taken care of by the owner/manager who was entertaining, attentive and funny! We had the Truffle Garlic Bread, that sent me to heaven. So melts in your mouth! That was followed up by the Butternut Squash Soup, that was rich and creamy. We also had a second order of the Garlic Bread. The soup was wonderful but could have shone on its own without the Dry Apple (yummy!) and Walnuts (not needed). Lastly for my entree, the barkeep surprised me with the Eggplant Parmesan. I really appreciated that he took the initiative, listened to what I like in passing and was confident in the restaurant's offerings. It was really good, no complaints. And my Dirty Martini was perfect! You have to go visit this place for the service (amazing) and ambiance (well lit and chic) but the food and personnel are the highlights!
Very attentive and professional service with Bruno and all the staff. Excellent menu selections and very well prepared and presented dishes. Definitely will be returning to sample the rest of their menu. Highly recommended.

Best Italian and food ever tasted anywhere.amongst the rare restaurants I will definitely go to again and staff and owner are just great, they serve by heart they are quite themselves not acting like anything
This is one of the most wonderful restaurants in Montreal! The service was super, the food was insane, the drinks did flow. The art was also very cool.
