We enjoyed the canadian weater who speaks spanish. Very Kind. The food is very good service is excelent. The price is good and the quality of food is also good. Everything is made fresh and the spices are amazing. Must try theire ceviche and theire tamales delicious.
Loved the Pisco with passion fruit. The tuna is delicious, great presentation. The Peruvian donuts were yummy. Great service 😁
As a general rule of thumb family businesses just do everything better and Mochica is no exception to this rule. The food, service, ambiance and cocktails really went above and beyond my expectations. When you pass the threshold of its doors you realize instantly the difference between merely being served and the genuine art of hospitality which you will find in droves at Mochica. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening looking forward to my next visit!
Great food with authentic flavour. Be prepared to pay big bucks. The staff was very friendly and joked with us a lot. Excellent place to celebrate a special occasion or get some truly authentic Peruvian.
Really excellent service, the food was really good! The drinks were strong! Overall really good experience, the server was alone and was doing his best to keep everyone happy and he did! I will go back for sure.
The restaurant is very nice. Decor is unique. I don't know if it is peruvian culture but definitely south american. Wall are well painted or decorated. Music is nice. Nice vibe.
Food is great. We had the occasion to taste some peruvian food or meat like the alpagas or ceviche.
Services are attentive. Reservation was easy and fast.
Only concern was the services. Very slow. The restaurant was not full. Less than half of the restaurant was occupied. But we waited for quite some time before we got our meal.
Our waitress was very attentive and welcoming. We had their pisco sour and took advantge of their 2 for 1 happy hour offer. For appetizers we had the tiradito which had flavors of passion fruit and the crab causa that was glazed with huancayna sauce. I had the Lomo saltado which was made with a very tender meat and Oscar had the Arroz con Mariscos that had octopus, squid, shrimp and mussels. Both dishes were very well seasoned. Overall a great experience, the place is visually appealing and the food was delicious.
We went here for the very first time and we were blown away with how good the food is. It was also my first time having Peruvian food which was spectacular.
The staff was very friendly and helped whenever we had a question about one of the dishes.
I suggest making a reservation as the place got busy around 19:00. The staff spoke English and French.
Next time I'm in Montreal I'll definitely keep this place in mind.
