My husband and I both ordered the bacon eggs benny... and it was AMAZING! The flavours were perfect and the cheese just brought everything together. We also loved the bowl of fresh fruit that was served with it. The best thing though was the fact that our food was to our table in no more than 5 minutes after ordering! We've never been served so fast in a non-fast food restaurant. We will definitely be eating here when we visit again :)

A wonderful treat on Saint Catherine's. Beautifully prepared food, exceptional wait staff.
Came here with a friend this afternoon. The food was pretty much what you'd expect from a standard brunch place (perhaps a tad pricey for the quality/quantity..) But the restaurant is super clean and we were well social distanced. Service was good too with food coming out pretty quick (granted, we did come at 1:00pm and past the lunch rush). Main reason I'd give it 5 stars is because our server Ariam was SUPER friendly and welcoming: she'd regularly check in to see how we were doing and was even joking with us by the end of our meal. Great customer service from her, and also from the others who would also periodically check by our table and greeted us on our way in/out.

When I first walked in I was met with great background music, and a friendly bilingual staff, and three visits later the food quality remained excellent, and the tunes were always pleasant and lively, and they have great WiFi, and of all the restaurants I have ever been in, this one has the best ambiance of any, and I look forward to my next visit.
Very nice spot for breakfast, located in the heart of downtown. The freshly squeezed orange juice was fantastic, and revitalizing. The service was also good. Bringing over the 26 ounce bottle of real Quebec maple syrup for my waffles was a nice touch. A little bit pricey but what do you expect in downtown Montreal.
I had a universel burger. They were generous on the bacon, if you like that! The meat patty really had a charcoal taste. It was so good. The meat really was the star. Couldn't taste much of the mushroom.
For the sides you got a few choices. I had the sweet potato fries. They were really delicious, and their mayonnaise was amazing ! Slightly spicy.
I didn't try but the desserts looked tasty!
Service was fast and good. They have happy hour with wine, sangria (white, blue, red IIRC), etc.
Solid breakfast food place with a good variety of breakfast options.
Universal Déjeuners et Grillades has cute soft glam vibes and definitely a great spot during sunny and warmer days.
Great location for travellers to start their day before walking down the same road for shopping.
Came here on a whim when we were looking for a patio on a randomly sunny and warm day. It was the first patio we saw so we sat down and grabbed a poutine, onion rings and sangria. The sangria was okay, and I enjoyed the poutine and the onion rings. Best part though was the service! Sabrina, our server, was fantastic - so friendly and funny. Give her a raise!!! 💸

The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything I tasted melted in my mouths. Absolutely the best meal I had while in Montreal.
