J'ai connu le boucan un soir où je ne voulais pas sortir de chez moi. Je regardais sur internet quoi me faire livrer et je suis tombée sur le 5 napkins burger et laissez-moi vous dire qu'il porte bien son nom.
La salade est rafraîchissante! Il y a beaucoup de légumes, on se déculpabilise rapidement de manger un si gros burger.
Et je suis tombée en amour avec la tarte au babeurre.
Un gros merci au Boucan pour ses belles expériences. J'ai hâte d'y aller connaître la salle à manger!
We made a good call yesterday deciding between 2 smokehouse restaurants. The food here was excellent. I had the chicken and ribs. The cheesy corn as one of my sides was very different and very good. The only little thing was my fries were to salty but I did love the spicy taste to them and the fact that they were home made. Great hidden terrace and great service. We will be definitely going back. We will have to try the bacon brownie.
There was a nice atmosphere there, the waitresses were really nice. We ordered Mac and cheese, which was average/good; and 4 burgers. For me the chicken burger that I ordered was overall too sweet, but OK. The fries were sweet too, maybe with a hint of cinnamon? We would have preferred it salty. The coleslaw was a bit different too, less mayo, sweeter and there was onion in it, which I didn't like.
I loved the place! They made homemade lemonade. It is perfect if you have a stroller and a baby inside of it, they will get you a table to fit your needs. The staff are very friendly to kids. They checked up on me to see if everything was going well and for free refills of drinks. I would go there any time! In sum, " Best smoke house in town" ( in North America)
Best smoked BBQ burger I ever had!!! This place is the ultimate place for BBQ! Their homemade BBQ sauce is the secret. Their fresh products smoked to perfection are a delish. If you love BBQ and burgers, you can't miss this place. The only inconvenient is the restaurant's size, it is very small but don't be fooled by the look, their cooking is a MUST! I highly recommend!
Boucan never disappoints. I have been here multiple times over the years, and I am always pleased by the service and the delicious BBQ. The ribs are tender, the pulled pork poutine is scrumptious, and even the desserts are fun! I recommend Boucan to anyone who loves good bbq.

Pitboss platter is the go to - a great combo of ribs, chicken, pulled pork and fries. Comes with two sides - the slaw was okay, potato salad was quite good.
Meats had a great smokey flavour, and they provide two additional sides of BBQ sauce.
Chicken was tender though the breast was slightly dry.
Pulled Pork very tender, good sauce ratio and okayish portion.
Ribs tender, great flavours.
Good for two people with leftover potential. Decent value and great flavours.

Great little spot. Ribs were super tender, and i really enjoyed the bbq sauce but they were a bit cold, the fries were perfect and the creamy corn it was delicious.
I'm glad to see this place lasting. They serve tasty meat dishes and drinks for good prices. The atmosphere is nice and casual. There is an indoor area and a terrace in the back. Both are comfortable and strike the right balance of being lively without being too loud. You can enjoy the company of your friends in an upbeat environment without having to shout. The service is friendly and inviting. This is a very good option for meat lovers or people looking for a casual drink.
We had to wait 16 months to come back, but so worth it! Pulled pork poutine and 5 napkin burger are incredible and of course even better with a nice cold pint! Fabulous service and atmosphere on the back patio too!
