Stylish decor and vibe, delicious and classy food, perfectly paired wine (that goes down a bit too easily!), and the friendliest and most generous people proudly providing flawless service. Everything is in small plate style and each dish was presented to us with a detailed explanation. We stumbled upon this gem and had one of the most enjoyable experiences we can remember. We laughed, drank quite a bit of great wine, and met new friends!

This bar is one of my all time favourites. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The wine is perfectly selected and I love the option of small appetizers and desserts paired well with wine 👌🏻 Highly recommend for a nice date night, girls night out or business function.

An excellent multi-level tapas style wine bar located at Park ave and Sherbrooke. Classy cool ambience with super fun bar seating area on the lower level. All the plates we ordered were fantastic and on point. The bartender was fabulous with his choices and pairing with plates. The quality of the food is superb and all flavors brilliantly weaved into the dishes. Some have said the plates were small and over priced. I beg to differ, price to quality ratio is excellent. Order a few plates, have some on point wine, well worth the visit. Staff is customer-centric and incredibly wine savvy. Excellent service and friendly.
Lovely ambiance and great tapas style menu to accompany the wine tasting. The wine list is extensive, the food tasty and varied and the ambiance is cozy and comfortable. We had a great evening and would recommend!
This was a great spot — really enjoyed it. The menu has a lot of options and the service was great. In fact, when we ordered manhattans, the waiter said that was his favorite drink and he would go make his version (rather than the bartender). The cheese plate was a nice variety and the shrimp in garlic sauce was especially good, but we enjoyed everything we had.
My husband and I ate here after attending a ballet performance at Place-des-Arts. By the time we got out, it was almost 11 p.m. and there weren't many nice restaurants nearby that were open. We were surprised that Pullman was open until 1 a.m. on a Saturday night. Even better, the atmosphere was intimate. Perfect for a date night! We ordered so many plates -- the portions are small. I love the olives with the candied lemon as well as the goat cheese and red peppers for appetizers. The Russian style salmon gravlax was delicious -- especially with tiny blinis and caviar! The tonnato sauce with the tuna tataki was really flavorful! Every plate was exciting and sent out at just the right time. We had quite a few plates, but the one that stuck out the most was the octopus with the red pepper sauce. It was perfectly cooked. I've never had such tender octopus. This is definitely a restaurant we'll be going to again and again.
Great service, great wine and succulent food! The crispy lamb was melting in my mouth!
