I came here today for my birthday. The service and the food were impeccable. I’m looking for a word that is better than wow but I can’t find it. This place is amazing. The vibe is great. I had the veal as my main plate and it was beyond incredible, HIGHLY recommended. I had the Soup for my appetizer along with the short rib. A must try!

Love État Major, always a wide selection of all kinds of main dishes for all kind of diets. Their 5 course menu is a great deal for fine dining. Service is very knowledgeable about their menu and ingredients and always attentive. With their BYOW policy it is one of the best bang for your buck in Homa. Only issue, a bit noisy because of the materials used in their decor but otherwise one of the best tables in this area.
L'Etat-Major est un très bon resto, mais avec quelques défauts. Le menu en générale est très bon, par contre la qualité de la nourriture n'est pas égale dans chacun des plats. Les entrées et le dessert sont d'une qualité supérieure à celle du repas principal. Le service est assez long, nous sommes arrivés à 9h, et nous avons reçu notre repas principal à 11h. Donc, si vous êtes pressés, il est peut-être à éviter. Mais sinon, dans l'ensemble, l'ambiance est bien et le prix raisonnable.

Update after a few months, they are getting much better with the menu items. This is our favorite restaurant for this summer so far...
We came as a party of four and absolutely loved it. Between us we ordered almost everything on the menu and spent the whole evening sharing as each plate was better than the next. I can only recommend and will definitely be coming back with friends and family in the future.

Fantastic bring your own wine restaurant showcasing local cuisine. Beautiful presentation, quality ingredients and fair price. Excellent service. Reservations reccomended. I will certainly be back.
Delightful evening. Excellent, helpful service. Warm, comfortable atmosphere. Well presented French cuisine. I was also impressed with their timing: short waits between courses. Will definitely return and bring a group of good friends to toast with.
Exploring the city for new discovery, this place is a must go. Very impressed by the touch of plates. Every plate is special, has its own fragrance. The menu is on a board on the wall, very simple menu. They change their menus every once in a while, i must say, im tempted to go back !
A pleasant surprise while on a date. The restaurant is semi-upscale, but the food is just on another level (yep I forgot to take pictures because it was THAT good) This is the veal tartare. My main dish was the stag.... just. Amazing. Our waiter was also outstanding!!! Would definitely come again!
Came to eat year with my parents, while they were visiting me in the city.
We loved the food, the atmosphere. Had a very lovely time, so happy we found this place :). Will definitely be going back.
