I never write reviews, but this place is too fantastic to keep quiet about. I went for dinner with my family last night for the first time... and wow. The service is incredible, the waiters are very knowledgeable about the menu, their suggestions were spot on. The meal was absolutely fantastic, from the appetizer to the dessert. I rarely eat dessert, but couldn't get enough of the dark chocolate cake. The presentation is stunning, they prepare every plate like a work of art. Looking forward to making this place a family favourite.
The good here was delicious! We tried the smoked salmon, the grilled cheese and the croissant Wellington. They were all amazing. The chef knows their stuff. The juice of the day was however disgusting. A concoction filled with ultra healthy ingredients with no regard for flavor combinations or integration. I'm all for healthy food/drink, but not at the expense of flavor. I will definitely return!
Le meilleur resto en Ville !! J'aime essayer les spécialités du chef et me laisser surprendre à chaque visite par de belles découvertes culinaires ... Il réussit à se surpasser et se renouveller toujours avec un équilibre parfait des plats (juste assez acidulé, sucré, croquant..) Le tartare reste quand même un incontournable avec sa délectable mousse d'avocat 🤤Et le service est excellent 👌🏼En plus d'avoir des prix raisonnable vu la qualité des plats !!
Merci pour un superbe souper en amoureux! L'entrée de burrata et coeurs de canards suivie du cerf de boileau avec shiitakes et purée de céleri rave étaient à se rouler par terre!! J'adore le décor et l'atmosphère du resto et la constance dans les plats fait qu'on y revient toujours! �

Le service est toujours attentioné. C'est souvent un peu bruillant mais toujours une ambiance le fun.

Excellent repas, très bon assaisonnement et les cuissons #1. Seul point que j'ai pas aimé, les aliments sont trop pêle-mêles dans l'assiette et tout fini goûter pareil. Merci à vous!!!
Great farm to table cuisine that rotates on a regular basis. Unique well thought dishes that really bring what Quebec can offer. On top of that, it’s a BYOB! Probably one of the best of its kind in town as a matter of fact. I also appreciate how service (and wine glasses) are up to par like a normal restaurant. Sometimes it tends to be subpar in a BYOB setting.
Conveniently located restaurant. Service was quick. Food was good and waiter was friendly in recommending dish to pair with the wine brought. Good atmosphere. Will definitely return again!
We really enjoyed our dinner at O-Thym. We loved the place and the atmosphere (some lovely photographies). The food is excellent, fresh from local producers, with so many flavors and colors coming from our plates. A caring staff. Don’t forget to bring your bottle(s). A great place for 2 and more.

Simply delicious. Our server was an excellent guide. We had the best meal we’ve had in . . . years, and we never even made it to the main course; the appetizers were so well prepared and tasty that we just kept ordering more before skipping ahead to dessert.
