Great farm to table cuisine that rotates on a regular basis. Unique well thought dishes that really bring what Quebec can offer. On top of that, it’s a BYOB! Probably one of the best of its kind in town as a matter of fact. I also appreciate how service (and wine glasses) are up to par like a normal restaurant. Sometimes it tends to be subpar in a BYOB setting.

Conveniently located restaurant. Service was quick. Food was good and waiter was friendly in recommending dish to pair with the wine brought. Good atmosphere. Will definitely return again!

We really enjoyed our dinner at O-Thym. We loved the place and the atmosphere (some lovely photographies). The food is excellent, fresh from local producers, with so many flavors and colors coming from our plates. A caring staff. Don’t forget to bring your bottle(s). A great place for 2 and more.
