Love this place! We came here for our anniversary a few years ago and it was the perfect place to celebrate. From the aperitif to the digestif, I enjoyed every experience, food and service, top notch, period. And I'm a picky person that's worked in the industry too so I can proudly say that this place knows their etiquette like the back of their hands. They aim to please and they do a wonderful job indeed. Can't wait to return! (they know how to serve fresh sea urchins the right way.)

I ate here twice in one day. Once for breakfast with reservations and once for brunch without reservations. For our reservation, they brought us to our table but it was still dirty and not set. Besides that, both times the service was exceptional. Once we ordered, the food was brought to our table fairly quickly and everything tasted so fresh. The staff was friendly and warm and the atmosphere was pleasant. Looking forward to going back during warmer weather.
I can’t believe that the restaurant is beautiful/ fancy and has a warm feeling. Service was over the top, attentive and personalized. Food was great and simply and We had the 7-course menu and it was worth . It was a great place for a special evening. Would definitely come back!

We had a beautiful Saturday night experience. Everything was so detailed and cared for in the service.
For the food, while everything was magnificently cooked I found some dishes either lacking in seasoning like the butternut squash velouté. I understand they wanted to try to make the natural sweetness of the squash come out but a little hint of salt wouldn't have hurt. It was still very enjoyable just no wow.
Other items were in my opinion too salty. I had the guinea fowl with lentil stew. The fowl was so delicious but the lentils were in my opinion too salty. When eaten with the fowl it was superb but I finished the meat way before (half a breast) the lentils so it wasn't balanced anymore.
Anyways, the food was mostly excellent but always with a hick in it. However, they were all a beauty to the eyes.
The desserts were very good. No complaints there. My favorite was the apple one. It had the sweet but mostly sour taste that helps you digest all the food we ate.
In general, very good experience and lots of attention to the details but not perfect.
Truly fabulous brunch on a Saturday at 11:30AM. The cuisine was quite sophisticated and did not disappoint. We were guests at the Ritz and felt that the restaurant paired well with what you might expect. The service was of course flawless and we would return on our next visit!
Great choice for special occasions. Our waiter was very welcoming and attentive, giving us the best service possible.
Following our server’s recommendation, we ordered the filet de boeuf which was excellent and when the dessert ganache ran out, he offered a resembling tiramisu which was also delicious.
The quality of the food and service outweigh the cost associated with it so overall, the dinner was a very enjoyable experience!
We have been here several times for the Sunday brunch and were totally satisfied with the food and service on each occasion. Last time, we treated two friends - one of whom is lactose intolerant. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating to his special needs and in all aspects of the service. Look forward to our next visit:) BTW - if pea soup is on the menu, I would highly recommend! It was SO fresh, creamy and delicious!
5 star all the way. Boy was I spoiled on my birthday from our amazing friends from florida. A great experience from start to finish. We had our own private room. The food was just fantastic. I was lucky I never saw the bill.
I was impressed with the wine by the glass offerings and the dinner was exemplary. I have dined at celebrity chef's establishments in the past and was sorely disappointed but here, it met and was above expectation. Staff are great and will easily transition from French to English and never admonish you, no matter how bad your high school french may be. I am trying to get a reservation again before I leave Montreal.
