WOW!! Kandahar kabob has the most delicious & mouthwatering kabobs I have had in a very long time!! I came here with my girlfriends, for the first time, a couple of weeks ago and I have been hooked ever since!! The restaurant is very clean, which makes the dine-in experience very enjoyable. Plus, the customer service is very pleasant. The individuals at the cash register are very nice & friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have some authentic Afghan food.
Kandahar kabob is honestly one of - if not THE BEST - restaurants in the GTA. They're food is out of this world & their prices are incredible! I got a big platter of two types of meat, rice, salad & naan all for 12 bucks! It was delicious and I was so full I had to take my left overs home. Furthermore, their customer service is heartwarming. The lady at the cash register addresses to everyone as " brother " or " sister" and always has a smile on her face. It's very nice to be welcomed in such a way. But most of all, their atmosphere is sooooo elegant. The place is very clean and fashionable looking. There are even some very chick waterfalls! Perfect spot for a family dinner !! I will be recommending this place to all my friends, family and co-workers!
Decor/Ambiance:
Nicely decorated, they have this glass wall with water running down it. There are plenty of seats but it was very busy and crowded.
The concept is, you pay and they call your number when it's your turn.
The area to order/pick up food is quite congested. I found myself bumping into people who were ordering while trying to pick up my food.
Even with it being busy the food arrived quickly.
Food/Prices:
The portions are decent. The chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The rice wasn't dry and had flavor.
One thing that stood out to me was that this place is generous with their sauce. Other similar places give very littler amount. The spicy sauce was very delicious!
One thing they could improve on was to add more appetizers. I saw a picture of balonee but didn't see a price so I assumed it wasn't available. I believe they only had vegie mantu.. The menu posted on the zomato page is not what I saw on the wall at the restaurant.
Love the food , Helpful staff. I went to Kandahar kabob last Sunday with my family and we had a such a great time there.... Food was fresh n yummy of course n the staff was really helpful even if the place was super busy n crowded. I will refer to my friends n family to check kandahar kabab for sure... Good job keep it up
I have been to Kandahar kabab several time now and I find the food is quality , well cooked and is very delicious and fresh the food just melts in your mouth .

Decent. Pretty good food and atmosphere. Understaffed, especially during lunch. Unnecessarily long waits for food. Budget at least 1 hour for lunch during the week.
The dark meat chicken kabab. The food was good but it was a small portion for the price. The flavour is great in the kabab. Their version of rice pilav was extremely oily which is not recomended.
Great place to dine... Kandahar kabab made my day. I went there yesterday with my family and it was great. I would love to go there again and again.

Always fresh and always delicious, I love their food. My favourite is Lamb chops dinner. Friendly staff, clean lobby and fast service.
I love it how they designated a specific place as a prayer room and Woudo for their Muslim costumers. Much appreciated.

Amazing, delicious food that stands out from the sea of Afghan places that all are now starting to feel and taste the same, many of which my family and I regularly try. However, the food at Kandahar is slightly more flavourful and the naan was ever so slightly crisper and fresher/well-baked.
