tterly delicious kababs that are soft and moist. We’ve eaten a lot of Chapli kababs in Toronto, and all of that experience has come down to this: @bamiyankabob has the best ones in town
Amazing kabobs. Very good naans. Fast service. Fresh ingredients. Owner was gratuitous enough for me to peak in the kitchen. Here is a view of the grill. Clean and delicious.
My experience with this place has always been delightful. This is a place where you can choose from variety of meals to treat your bellies!
Tandoori chicken pieces sitting on a bed of rice with some salad proved to be a nice combination to me! And once you try this thing, there’s never going back!

Places like this get a 4* strictly for their well priced no- nonsense food. It's self service no alcohol diner specializing in #Afghanistani Kebabs. Right from the hot bready naan to the mildly spiced sauces, the food is a delight. Average price C$ 20pp (or less) with a cold beverage. The portions are generous from my point of view and any one dish is more than sufficient. Needless to add, I overate.
Mildly spiced Afghani cuisine served with complimentary (small) naans and rice. Portions are huge, so when orderibg be conservative, lest you want to take it away. Or if you are an American and can polish off supersizes!!
This was the second visit after a long long time. The place is neat and clean. There are so many varieties of kababs and each one of them is so unique and tasty (chicken). The food will fill your tummy and it fits your pocket as well. The naan along with it was so soft and the dip along with it just complimented it. Good place but it's so hard to finish everything on plate.
Bamiyan kabob is one of the better known Afghani restaurants in Mississauga.
Ambiance: The restaurant gives a fast food feel as people have to order at the cashier and wait for their turn to collect their order. Do not expect a fine dining experience. It is a casual restaurant, which is quite busy and lively, particularly in the evenings. The setting and interiors are basic, normal tables and chairs, you have to find your own spot.
Food: the food is fantastic. The meats are tender, succulent and flavorful. The naan is freshly made in the tandoor. They also give accompanying sauces with the food. The food is consistently good. I particularly enjoyed the seekh kabab and the tandoori chicken. The mango smoothie is good but too cold.
Pricing: relatively economical
Overall experience: the food is great, lively atmosphere, fun to hang out with the family or friends, not fancy at all.
One of the first quality afghan dine in places in the GTA. The food quality here is nothing short of excellent and the service is nothing short of exceptional. Anything you get on the menu will be cooked perfectly and served to you with portions that will keep you satisfied and coming back for more.
A short haiku review from me to you. Hope you enjoy it!
