Always get friendly service whether over the phone or in person. Love that it is a new idea in the heart of streetsville and they are making a name for themselves. Would recommend over uncle tetsu. Cheaper and I've never had to wait in line.

My husband and I worked with Supermoon for our wedding desserts/favours. We’ve loved Supermoon for years and when it came time to select our wedding favours, we submitted a special order to Supermoon. Sami guided us through the ordering process and was extremely helpful and responsive. From letting us choose the cheesecake boxes, to affixing our custom wedding stickers, and adding wedding sprinkles, the experience was seamless and amazing. We received several compliments on the cheesecakes and I’m sure many of our guests will be stopping by in-store! The texture and presentation of the cheesecakes was perfect and made our Japanese cheesecake dreams come true. We would 100% recommend Supermoon; either for your event, or as a nice treat!
My favorite Japanese cheesecake place,love there chocolate cake and tarts collection. Cakes are not too sweet and have perfect balance of softness and fluffiness. Chocolate cakes gets sold out pretty quick so make sure you call in before you go to the shop.

I went back and I ordered the original and the red velvet.
Service is quick and efficient as to be expected now. Kudos to that.
The red velvet was okay, it was lacking on the sour notes that qualify any red velvet variations. I do prefer the original or the strawberry ( When they have it ) as my favourites for now.
I will report back when I have tried the chocolate and other flavours.

I was in the area today and I decided to drop in pick one up for my wife . I have tried Uncle Tetsu's many times and I have eaten it over in Asia as well.
Truth be told, I was never a fan of the Japanese style of cheesecake.
However, I did enjoy this cheesecake. It definitely tastes better than Uncle Tetsu's in my opinion. But to each their own right?
I wanted to pick up a Red Velvet cheesecake, but I was too early. ....arghhhhh !!! So be warned my fellow foodies. You will need to go after 1PM or so when they will have their full assortment available.
I opted for the FOTM ( Flavour of the month ) which is the strawberry Flair.
The service was very helpful and friendly. The location was clean and spotless. There is plenty of parking in the mall. So this location is very easy to get to and from.
I found the texture most similar to that of my favourite cheesecake from Junior's in New York City. If you have tried a Junior's cheesecake before, then you will know that I really like the layer of soft and velvety sponge cake on the bottom.
The taste is quite good, not overly sweet nor heavy. I really liked the overall texture. It was quite enjoyable....it reminded me of Junior's.
Man, when are the borders opening up...I have to head down to NYC for some good eats !!!
So all in all, I was quite happy and satisfied with the cheesecake here and dare I say that I will definitely return later on to try the Red Velvet and the Chocolate versions.
Before I forget, if you collect 10 "Moons" ( The lovely box that the cheesecake is boxed in ), then you can get a free cake. So that is nice and generous.

I'm so happy to have discovered this Japanese cheesecake spot! It's very conveniently located in Streetsville so that alone wins it points.
As for the quality and taste: absolutely love it!
I tried original and chocolate for a direct comparison with Uncle Tetsu's. And I'm so glad I did give this a try! Easily as good if not better than UT's. Super light and moist, it is dangerous! You can easily pack away the entire cake It's so delicate in texture and taste!
The customer service is absolutely superb too! Reached out to them to confirm availability, via Google maps, and received instant reply.
Make sure to collect the top of the cake packages if you are a regular or looking to become one to get a treat after you collect a certain number of them!

You guys are a lifesaver! I wanted to bring a birthday cake for a family member who's in a hospital. But hospital policy calls for cake slices that were individually-wrapped-and-sealed-in-the-store because of Covid. I shopped around and the wrapped cakes I saw were boring and typical grocery-bought cakes that have been in the fridge for too long.
On a hunch, I called Supermoon in Streetsville. I didn't even know they serve mini-moons, with frosting and in different flavours too! They only do this on weekends but they were nice enough to make 20 freshly baked mini moons on a short notice for a Thursday pickup.
I was very obsessed in asking how they will package it. When the lady (Anne) mentioned they will be in a clam-shell containers, I thought of the take-out containers from restaurants. The last thing I want is for the hospital to think that I packaged it myself . I was pleasantly surprised to see that they came in cute, clear round containers that further highlighted the mini-moon's cuteness. They even put round Supermoon stickers to prove that it was store-packed. All these and the fact that they were freshly baked really made the cakes worthy for a birthday celebration .
My only regret is that, in my excitement, I forgot to take pictures before I distributed them so I have no pictures accompanying this review.
But I'm really grateful to Supermoon for accommodating my request despite it being on a short notice. Thank you , thank you so much!
Japanese cheesecake is not like ordinary cheesecake, this is light and fluffy and mostly made made from egg whites. I am not a fan or traditional cheesecakes, we take these ones to parties for others to try and everyone loves them. Great flavors to choose from. Made fresh each day, when they sell out the store closes so go early.
